They did a great job job of repairing my vehicle after having it for two and a half months. They…read moretold me that they could look at it in three to four weeks so I dropped it off. I called four different on the fifth week and tried to talk to my service advisor for an update. No returned calls were made by the advisor. So I waited a few days and called again and finally was able to speak to the advisor. She told me that she does not return calls until she knows what is wrong with the vehicle. I told her that was unprofessional and if they had not figured out the problems all she had to do was text or leave a message and I would have accepted that response. Sara E said that is not how she does her return calls. T make a long story short. The car was repaired correctly they kept it for 2.5 months. I had to call and see if it was ready to pickup. Horrible communication on their part. I have several vehicles and this locations service department is the worst. I actually went to the dealership three different times to see how busy the service reps were. I didn't talk to anyone but I stood over in the parts hallway and watched them mess with their personal phones and they received no business phone calls and none of them were working on their computers or paper work for about ten minutes each time I just stopped by. I wanted to see if they actually were that busy. I'm sure there is a shortage of mechanics and I know Midland, Tx is busy. But their service communication and turn around time on completing jobs is horrible. They gave me back a dirty car. You would have thought they could have at least washed it. I am very disappointed in their over all service. I would strongly suggest you take your Chevy vehicles to a location away from Midland and Odessa.

My salesman was Cesar Gaudin. He was literally waiting outside when I pulled into the dealership…read moreand showed me that he was totally committed to putting me in the right car. I had some challenges including a trade-in that did not have a lot of value and that I owed far more on than it was worth.vHis boss, the sales manager Roger Harris (a former Marine and all-around great guy) could not possibly have been more helpful in finding a car that I could afford even though I had negative equity. Mark Porter, the finance director, went out of his way including getting authorization for the dealership to absorb half of my negative equity as well as getting me a far lower interest rate than what my credit would normally allow. Joey Gabarda has built a business that focuses on taking care of employees so they take care of customers and keep them coming back. This is my first Honda, but it definitely won't be my last, and I'll only buy from this dealership as long as I'm in the Permian Basin. God bless, guys! PS- I went back the following day and traded in my other vehicle for a Honda as well. That's how good they are.

They act like you didn't just buy a fkn car from them. Like a crazy inconvenience. They won't follow up after not properly repairing a seatbelt or on if they received info from me or not. Added bonus, there's apparently some other guy in the city walking around with the other key to the car I just bought. They won't follow up at all. And as others mentioned, they act like you're a bother to them. Low brow bizarre behavior. Worst buying experience ever..... omfg nothing but inconvenient If y'all want anything done about this yelp review, then you should idk, follow up.... try not gaslighting people about something you didn't repair correctly. Dismissive to concerns, rude, just gross and slimy place/people. Noticed the seatbelt issue on the way home and when I tried to bring it up the next day they tell me, "well I don't see what the problem is, it was fixed." The second key was returned to them by the original owner I know for a fact , my friend was speaking to him literally as he was doing it... but they lie and say he did not drop it off. Just ridiculous people. They just choose to act like this.

Follow up since...they never called me to tell me my plates were in which they assured me they'd do…read moreas the last conversation at the end of the transaction. I made multiple calls to them at different locations just prior to the paper plates expiring to confirm whether they'd come in, called the day of, called multiple times over the next 5 days past expiration and not one single return call about my plates...one location never picked up the phone. Ever. I live many hours from the dealer, can't just drop by. When I finally did get someone on the line after a full 2 weeks of trying, they told me someone would call me back - three times - and they never did. Sketchy as sh*t. It's now 7 days past the expiration of my paper plates and still nothing. Will update how long it actually took to get them if I ever see the plates. Customer service is the worst I've ever experienced in any aspect of my life. Buy elsewhere. ETA: Told me in another call I initiated myself, they'd mail the plates and did not. I made the 3 hour trip myself to get my plates, 11 days past the expiration date and with zero effort on their part through any of this process.

I was interested in a 2012 Fiat 500 they had on their Midland lot. I called and asked if they did…read moreregular financing, because my credit is great. I also asked if about the condition of the car. They said they car was in good condition. We drove out there to check out the car and it was in average condition. There are dents on the top of it, that are not due to hail, there is a dent along the bottom on the driver's side of the car as well. I found this car on Autotrader.com and the description stated that the car had Bluetooth capabilities and it did not. The car is for sale at 7,998. We offered them 7000 based on the dents and lack of blue tooth and lack of a spare tire. We were willing to negotiate and take the car for a higher price, however, after the sales man had us talk to his manager, we left. AJ the salesman was kind and we enjoyed him. His manager was rude! He tried to tell us they paid $8000 for the car and insinuated we were stupid multiple times. He told us they wanted to sell the car, but make a living, because he didn't like our offer. He showed us the NADA information on the car, which we had on our phone. The Rough Trade in is $6,175, Average $7,1285, Clean 7,900 and clean retail 10,025. Had the car been in better condition, I would have been willing to pay up to 9,000. However, the unexplainable dents and the lack of some of the basic package lowered the value of the vehicle. This car was a fleet rental. It only had 38,000 miles (3k more than what is stated on autotrader), but the top of the car, the dent on the bottom, the fact that it was sunbaked and had not been driven in some time (it was WAY dusty under the hood) lowers the value of the car. Asking to bargain regarding a vehicle is not a crime, and should not have been the reason the manager treated us like we were stupid! I really feel bad for the salesman who was going to see his child today because he would have been able to make a commission off of this vehicle, if it weren't for his manager.
