I ordered a mobile detail through Titan Mobile Detailing (no longer searchable in my area now), and Zuarel with Frontline (Zenith?) was dispatched. He had some equipment issues so he had to reschedule for 1pm, but didn't show up until 2pm. I literally wasted my entire lunch period waiting for him and he arrived after I had to be back working, with no communication. I had issues with my employer because of this. He did a GREAT job on most of the interior! Also there was some sort of miscommunication from Titan, but the whole reason I decided to pay an exorbitant amount (reasonable amount, but a LOT for my budget) was to have my paint buffed out. He didn't do that service and I told him that this was a MUST and this was the whole reason I requested this detail. He got in touch with Titan and they confirmed the service was ordered. So he did the service and the paint looks amazing! However, he didn't do inside the trunk or behind the gas door. For $364, I don't think I got what I paid for. Also, he had to come back and clean the windows again, and worst of all, he left a big scrape on the passenger side front door. Listen, Zuarel was very friendly and generally pretty accommodating, but I won't be using his services any longer. Two stars is generous. Most people can't afford to use such services, and this was a massive headache. Titan Mobile Detailing apparently no longer exists, and I do have a business card for Zaurel at Frontline Finish. I made an appointment with frontline finish a while ago to get my roadster detailed and to get a good cleaning overall. The price was decent and came out to right around $250 or so with taxes and fees. Showing up was slightly sketchy. It's a small place attached to a car wash and only a small sign to let you know the difference between the car wash and the Frontline Finish. I chatted with one of the workers, left my car there and came back a few hours later. The job was marginal at best. They did an ok job cleaning the inside, but didn't clean anything behind the seats or inside the windshield, since there were smudges all over it. The outside wash was less than ideal as the back window was still dirty. With dirt. That they charged $250 to remove. All in all, you can get a similar quality "detail" from a high quality hand car wash anywhere else for A LOT LESS money. read more

If I could give a zero star... First, I didn't go with the big chain detailer to have my rig detailed, but instead decided to put my faith in a small minority-owned business. After speaking with Zuarel on the phone about my car he told me to get onto his website to book, so I did. Only there was "something wrong" with his site - after entering my credit card information, I kept getting an error message telling me that I must use numeric numbers ?? I was. I tried 4 times and gave up. I called Zuarel. He said that he had to get ahold of his IT guy and figure it out. We booked it over the phone and he charged me a deposit. His prices went up in this small timeframe, btw. A day later I get a notification that my credit score had changed and got a message from my credit card issuer that fraud was detected. Mind you, I never use this card. This is the first I had used it in ages. I get online to my cc company and see that all 4 attempts of trying to book with him online actually went through, as well as his manual booking. Over $900. I immediately notified Zuarel. He said he's trying to figure out what happened. 3 days goes by without a peep. I texted him on the 4th day. No response. I texted him on the 5th day. He finally answered and gave an excuse. Note that the detail of my car is supposed to happen in 2 hours. I asked "how do you do a mobile detail on my car when it is raining outside?" thinking he had a pop-up canopy. He replies "I don't". I said "Where you going to tell me that you cancelled on me?? I stayed home from work for this detail and you were just going to no-show?". He says "I can do it in your garage or on Friday or Saturday". By now I have had it. I tell him to forget the damn detail, give me all of my money back NOW. He says he is going to call me, then doesn't. I call him and it goes straight to voicemail. He continues to send me screenshots of OTHER CUSTOMERS whose money is being held up and not being paid to him, like that matters to me. We go at the texts for HOURS. The entire time he has never apologized, speaks in language that makes no sense, texts me a screenshot of the conversation he is having with his website host/IT person where he neglects to trim out the part where he is asking his IT guy to deal with me because "she's already reaching trying to get an reaction". Throughout this whole ordeal he has taken NO responsibility, at times even blaming me, and there is still no resolution. He took money for absolutely no service. That is theft. I got onto the BBB to look up Frontline Finish and what do you know - 2 complaints that sound just like mine and he has an "F" rating. I texted him to tell him that I think he is being scammy and that I saw the reviews on the Better Business Bureau website and he replies "By bringing up the Better Business Bureau. I'm not quite sure what that means but it was unnecessary. That is my term of reaching". What the hell? How can a business owner not even know what the BBB is? He is the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with and I advise you not to do business with him. I own a business and you can bet your butt when something goes wrong for my customer I am on it and apologizing. I am giving them updates twice a day. I am offering to credit them half of what they paid for the product to keep them happy and coming back. This guy? None of that. My cc company is investigating for fraud now, due to his lack of communication. Update: I reached out to Zuarel's parent company who runs his website and deals with his cc payments and was told that he was paid the funds from my credit card 2 weeks ago. I've reached out to Zuarel 7 days in a row and have heard nothing back. I'm sure he blocked me. This business is a scam. You are a thief, Zuarel. How you have government contracts to detail fleets is beyond me. read more

My Lexus has not been cleaned in two years and with a dog it was in real need of a great detail. Frontline was able to clean my leather seats better than any shop I've ever been to. In addition, there was absolutely no dog hair in my car and everything was done to perfection. Their attention to detail was incredible. Zureal, the owner, was supposed to be washing the outside of my $43,200 van while I was sleeping in the front seat. I drove off without looking. In the morning I saw that he only washed the back of my van with dirt and fingerprints all over everywhere else. I sent him pictures of my van that he did not wash on the 3 sides in the morning. I took back my brand new $43,200 van that he was doing the first wash it ever had and he purposely ruined the paint job in the front of my van with multiple scratches and paint chipped off and a dent in the side of my van. Do not let this man destroy your vehicle. He also borrowed money from me in 2011 that he never paid me back. read more

These guys did amazing work. They were courteous and professional from the start, offered me exactly what my car needed and made it look better than when it drove off the lot. There is no better feeling than driving a pristine and clean car and these guys make that happen. They were also very prompt at communication and set a reasonable deadline for the work to be done. last minute called them literally at 4 and told me they could take me in at 4:30! Was kind of taken back at first because the directions took me to a car wash with no sign saying "frontline finish" but I had then realized that it was both a car wash and car detailing place located in the back. Was really simple and easy. They took a look at my car and told me I didnt really need a whole interior cleaning but a "mini detail cleaning" + sand upgrade(sand was EVERYWHERE in my car from the beach) which was great for me to save a little bit of money! Told me to come back in 90min but ended up coming back within an hour! So really good and fast service. Price was $100 for the mini detail and $20 for the sad removal. With tax it came up to $130! I purchased a full interior detail through Groupon. Was a little skeptical because of some of the reviews I saw but once I saw the amazing work they did, I was absolutely satisfied. I got my car back cleaner than when I purchased the vehicle. The staff was very friendly and the owner was very helpful and gave me updates on my vehicle. After driving my car cross-country, I really needed not just a car wash but a real exterior (bug stains everywhere) and interior cleaning (spilt coffee on the cloth seats). The team at Frontline were very friendly and told me that they will make the car look like new again. I was skeptical that they could get it there. Four hours later I was so surprised. Took my money and never provided the service. I rearranged my work schedule to accommodate the appointment. It was for their mobile service. No show. No call, no text, no follow up email. Radio silence. I get it small businesses are pressed sometimes for lack of reliable people. The owner seemed likeable and a man of his word. Not so sure now. Disappointed. I love supporting our local small businesses just not in favor of poor customer service. I pray that nothing bad happened to prevent them from keeping my appointment. After all we are in a Pandemic. I dropped my car off for my 10:05am appointment yesterday (7/13/21) and as I waited for the doors to open, eventually, I walked up after 10 minutes to see if anyone was inside. No one answered the phone and everything was locked up. There was a very nice man working at the shurkleen car wash next door that told me to leave my keys with him. Seeing that it was a busy, well-established business, I did. Felt weird, but whatever. Called the detailing number about an hour and a half before closing and left a voicemail asking about picking up my car, because I still had not been contacted by them at all in regards to my car, or whether or not it was finished. Eventually I got the text (pictured) saying my car was ready. When I picked up, it seemed clean, but, again, no one from frontline ever saw or spoke to me. I drove home and then looked closer. Everything is greasy, it smells weird, not clean, and it was poorly done. No where in my description that I purchased on Groupon stated anything about a 2-part detailing, or needing a 2nd visit. I'm really disappointed, and after the "nothing that can't be fixed" message I got last night, I haven't heard anything. I asked for clarification this morning on what he meant and haven't received a call or text to make it right. Very upsetting. read more

I keep my car pretty clean but it was in desperate need of a cleaning. My good friend referred me to them and I was relieved that they are also mobile. I live in Seattle so traveling to Tacoma would've been steep for me. I value convenience. And they were also able to fit me in their schedule fairly quickly which is another reason why I was ok to follow through with the apt. They arrived and cleaned my car and it looks and smells great. My leather in my car also appears very clean and shiny. I haven't seen my car look this nice and sparkly in a hot minute especially since I have dogs now. My husband also loved how clean my car is too. I feel great driving my car again! read more

I would do a 0 star review if I could. I would NOT recommend anyone to go to Frontline finish with Zuarel. I prepaid for a whole year upfront and he has yet to finish my services that I have paid for. To get ahold of him and book an appointment is so hard. I felt like once I paid and he got his money his services to me were not as important and someone paying as they go. I still have 4 services left but I can't get a hold of him to book the appointment. DEFINITELY choose a better company to detail your car. Not to mention half ass cleans when he would come because he ran out of water; told me he would come back the next day to take care of my car the right way and never reached out or responded back when I reached out. Did not show up for my 10 am appointment and once I was finally able to get in contact with someone 45 min after the appointment time the owner said he would be here 10 am the following day and would call me in the morning to check in. Never heard from anyone and again found myself with no one showing up for the appointment. I contacted him several times about someone coming and continued to get the response "working on it". Finally 3 hours later I told him to forget it and left a negative review on fb. I then received a rude text message wanting to know why I left a negative review when I was never provided a service or paid the $200+ intended for the detail.
