Of course, i called them right away and went back to show them and they said that it was no way their fault. Wasn't expecting them to own up to it, but when they lied about their insurance, i decided im going to contact an attorney. On top of all of that, my car was far from being clean. No high spots from the coating and was professionally done. Scott also had my front windshield coated as part of the deal. They went above and beyond and gave the interior of my car a light detail and vacuum as well.
