I came to Frontline Motors because they had a 2008 LTZ Suburban advertised on the internet. It looked "ok" from the pictures. So, I called the dealership and was put in touch with Craig. I asked Craig lots of different things how clean it was, if it had any scratches, if it had rust ect.... I had called a few times for different reasons and always double checked to make sure this was a clean car and didn't have any problems. Craig would always reassure me that it was great car an it had no problems. And if I came up there I would buy the car. I had asked to repair two things before I would come to see the truck. One the steering wheel started to peel. A common problem for the chevy. And I had also asked him to repair a back up sensor. It was was missing the paint. It was black while the others where white. And I asked for him to take a pic. of the undercarriage. He would not take one. (should have been my clue) So I decided to make a trip to see the car. Even though he would not take a picture. I am from Arkansas so for me I had to fly most of the day to get there. They picked me up from the airport which was one already arranged before I left Arkansas. No problems there. I arrive at frontline motors. It is a nice place big lot everybody was friendly. I even got to meet the owner. Then it all went downhill when I started looking at the car. This thing had fairly large scratch on the driverside rear door. One of the rear doors would not open. One of the power folding chairs would not fully release. The steering wheel had huge pits where the steering wheel started to peel and someone had repainted it instead of replacing them as I asked. The back up parking sensor I had asked to repair looks as if they filed it with same touch up paint they had filled the scratch with. The a/c buttons were rubbed off (also common in chevy). It had a wiring harness that had been cut into and wires just hanging off. It had holes in the hard plastic where someone installed a phone or other acc. in the front. There was also another couple of holes in the back where there looks like a amp was installed. It had rust in the undercarriage. It had a what I found out later was a transmission leak under the hood. It had two hoses that looked as if they were going start leaking any second because they were so rusty. The carpet had stains everywhere I guess he thought he could just put in new floor mats and that would be considered not having any stains. The seatbelts were stained. They said this thing only had 43000 miles on it but it looked like it could had 143000 miles on it. Just bad all the way around. So, I obviously did not buy the truck. So, I asked for my deposit back and a ride back to the airport. He gave me my deposit back. Then I asked about the ride and this guy would not even give me a ride back. He told me it was not his responsiblity to get me a ride. Luckly for him the owner over heard this and came over and arranged for a ride for me. Needless to say buyer beware!!!! Craig is a snake at best and will do anything for a sale. He misrepresented this car just so I would come up there I guess he thought that I would not do my due diligence because I was from out of town. If he would do this to me what do you think he will try to pull with you. Do not buy a car from this company. read more

I am very pleased with the Sales Team and the Service Team at Front Line Motors and I will be recommending family, friends and co-workers to buy all of their vehicles from Front Line! There may be other negative reviews on this site that are folks trying to look for problems in a used vehicle and guess what, you will find issues because they are USED! That is why, as a customer, you look for issues and then if you find one, they will take care of it for you. They provided excellent customer service and were very considerate regarding all of my requests. Once again, check out their lot. I honestly am surprised by some of the reviews I read hear about FrontlineMotors because I personally had a great experience with them. I had worked with Tim and he found me a really nice Chevrolet Suburban LS that was exactly what I was looking for and he gave me a fair price. I seriously appreciated not feeling pressured to buy something because I had visited a few dealerships where I just felt pressured to buy something. My husband and I were in the market for a really nice SUV nothing fancy just something to pick up groceries and take the kids to soccer practice. When I fell in love with this Chrysler T&C which happened to be just a little outside of my budget but really had everything we wanted, well everything I wanted. I spoke with a salesman there and he really worked with me to get this car. He wasn't the slightest bit pushy or salesy, and was just wanting to help me and my family. Do NOT Buy Here! I am so frustrated with this dealership. We bought a pre-owned Yukon XL Denali from them about 2 years ago. At the time, we asked for a CarFax and we were told it was clean and it was shoved in the bottom of our paperwork. Today, we went to trade that car in on a new Escalade, and the Cadillac dealership tells us there is a huge accident on the Carfax. We went and looked in our paperwork and they had given us a FRAUDULENT Carfax!!! It makes me sick to my stomach for what this dealership did to us and if I can save anyone from buying a car from them, I hope this review helps. Stay far, far away! read more
