My AC system gave up the ghost about a month, which here in Florida in June is a serious crisis. My aging system needed to be fully replaced but Keng couldn't get to it for a few weeks, which left me with a sputtering air conditioner that could go at anytime. Keng made it a point to patch the old system with a refrigerant boost whenever I needed it until I could get the new system in place. Luckily, I only needed to call him for that one time, but the fact that he offered it is an example of exemplary customer service. In the meantime, the new system is working great to keep the house cool and its quiet, and I didn't have to spend a ton. So, it was a great value on top of everything. 18 year old AC could not keep up with the heat. Keng came out after hours and conducted a thorough evaluation of the unit.
