Then there was Korbi! She went ABOVE AND BEYOND. She helped me try on a wet suit that was way too small & helped me get it off & then came to find me in the other section and found literally the only wet suit pants that would work. SHE WAS AMAZING and made me feel so comfortable amidst my poor timing of coming at closing therefore chaotic. She was even supportive when I lost my phone. Then Savannah was my cashier and she was so helpful with everything I was carrying, patient with me, let me run back & get my phone made sure I got the 20% off and so much more. GREAT HUMANS!!!

The big flask i noticed with a hot water it becomes very heavy and with my Arthritis hand it was difficult to manage . the skillet i made omelette and after i tried to wash it but the food was stuck and i had to wash it 5 times and still looked dirty , i try to dry it with kitchen paper towel and it turned brown, i put it on my drying pad and stained it . so i decided to go back return the skillet and exchange the flask to a smaller version. The Manager came , unpleasant fellow try to convince me there was nothing wrong with the skillet , that i don't suppose to wash it ( Really so what you do , you cook on the top of the previous food , really !!) and only gave me store Credit , ignore that their skillet had ruined my drying pad ( i showed him my Drying pad with black lines left by this Skillet , and i washed it but the stain remained) , he did not exchange the Flask even dough it was still brand new . I made sure with the store credit he gave me , i get something very close to the number so i don't give them any profit . I will not put my foot in this store ever again or buy anything from them . Some Managers they think they are big shot and doing a big work for the store they work for but all they do is to loose clients . And by the way the only concern this manager had was to sell me $30 Membership, really !!!! You don't give my money back for the unworthy skillet , don't exchange the expensive flask to accommodate your client and you think i will spend $30 on your store , WOW !!!!!!!

We were advised by my 60+ mama's podiatrist to come get her fitted for supportive shoes, he…read morerecommended the Hoka brand. I knew fleet feet had a great supply and the ability to measure mama's sore feet. So, mama is a five time cancer survivor and warrior. Unfortunately she had a large mass on her toe which prevented her from being able to walk without a boot, which after months leads to body pain throughout. Her poor foot and ankle always hurt, and swelled up real bad. She had pain throughout her body from the imbalance and reliance on crutches. I didn't think we could find a pair of hokas that would fit, and even better actually heal her feet. Then we came in and met Dan, the kindest most knowledgeable specialist we could have hoped for. He was patient and supportive at every step, through mama's laser measurements- which are amazing and they email them to you if requested. Then he began the work, we tried 4 great recommendations but alas none fit, all too tight around the ankle. But Dan wasn't done, he looked at the measurements and put in an order for a men's size in extra wide trusting it would fit- and if they didn't we could exchange within 30days. Four days later, my mom put on her first pair of shoes that fit in over a year. Im in tears of thanksgiving. To see her walking in a new pair of hokas, with proper balance and arch support. She's so excited and we are forever grateful. Also, they didn't try to sell me the most expensive pair, they had an awesome shoe that was less than what I expected! Take your loved one's here, they deserve it.

Fleet Feet - One of the options I reviewed with Mackenzie. ASICS gel cumulus. Ended up with a Saucony shoe instead.

This place has a large selection of shoes as well as some socks, shirts, hoodies, and hats…read more It's nice inside.. always clean, organized, and well kept. The staff are great and are more than willing to assist you in your search for the perfect pair of shoes. The prices are good and very competitive. They usually have some sort of deal going on if you buy two pairs... mix and match, or get yourself a couple of pairs of your favorite shoes in multiple colors. They have a wide variety of shoes, including sneakers, running shoes, and even Dr Martens. Tip: Be careful when ordering online. I have large feet. Most of the time, they don't carry my size in the store, requiring me to order them online to be shipped. My last order was a little frustrating. I was considering deducting a star due to this experience, but... I am reviewing this location, not their shipping department or their customer service in another state. I had entered a promo code online for 20% ($40) off the total price if you spend "X" amount of dollars. Which, I added additional items to my cart to reach this amount. For some reason, the discount did not apply. I noticed and contacted customer service immediately. I asked if they could honor the discount and gave them the code but was told, with no hesitation or understanding whatsoever that they would not do that. I then proceeded to ask politely if they might be able to issue a gift card for the difference that I would use on my next order. Sounds fair... right? The answer was No! Needless to say, I was disappointed. Overall, it is a good find. I will be returning!!! Enjoy! #jsho

However, I was in the need of some work shoes, so I stopped by when was quickly reminded upon entering the place that they have all types of shoes, just might be the nicest overall 'brick & mortar' shoe store in the area. The prices are fair, the selection vast, no high-pressure sales people, but they're helpful when needed. The stores paid out well and clean and organized which makes shopping g quick and painless. Also, plenty of parking.
