The overall atmosphere seemed somewhat tense, and communication between staff did not appear very coordinated. When management assistance was needed, they were called from the office and the interaction came across as disengaged and not very approachable. I've generally had much better experiences at the Burbank location, where the staff has usually felt more welcoming and organized.

Then there was Korbi! She went ABOVE AND BEYOND. She helped me try on a wet suit that was way too small & helped me get it off & then came to find me in the other section and found literally the only wet suit pants that would work. SHE WAS AMAZING and made me feel so comfortable amidst my poor timing of coming at closing therefore chaotic. She was even supportive when I lost my phone. Then Savannah was my cashier and she was so helpful with everything I was carrying, patient with me, let me run back & get my phone made sure I got the 20% off and so much more. GREAT HUMANS!!!

I wish I got the young gentleman's name because it seemed like he was one of the only ones in the store who 1) knew where things were 2) could perform an assigned task 3) actually help us out. The reason I am saying this is because we went to the cash register upstairs and the cashier was uncertain that the service was downstairs. Not a big deal, she radioed them and confirmed where we could go. Easy. We go downstairs and show that cashier the glove (brand new, just bought for christmas) and that guy did not know how to do the steaming services, which was also fine because he asked another staff member who helped us, HOWEVER, the first guy told us the cost of it (which there is no cost because after a certain price glove it is a free service). The second guy (bless him) corrected him and stated the price of the glove and why it's free. As the worker was breaking in the glove the other guy cashier asked him multiple questions about where things were, if they did certain services, if he could help this other guest. Honestly that cashier guy was doing NOTHING. This is all in the midst of our guy fitting the glove which consists of steaming and banging it with a mallet which could be dangerous! Just seemed like an unprofessional thing to do. Now maybe this guy was new so I'll give him the benefit of the doubt but seriously it seemed like he didn't even bother trying to figure it out on his own before turning the the gentleman helping us. When I entered, a worker greeted me and ask if I needed any help. I told him I was just browsing at their Dodgers gear and he told me where they were. The have a decent amount of different teams gears so you'll likely find what you want here. The price is on the higher end but it's official licensing. The store felt right at certain times because there are just so much clothing and apparel inside.

I was doing early shopping Christmas and I needed a Dodgers t-shirt for a gift. I stopped by and the store is big, very well stocked and organized, you can find gifts with all LA teams emblemas on, t-shirts, jackets, hats, pajamas, bubble heads, you name it, they have it. Prices are a tad high, but this is normal with this kind of merchandise. The selection was very good so I found what I needed. Customer service was very good, the gentleman working here was nice and helpful. Great resource, easy to find, easy to shop at. In and out pretty fast, pleasant shopping experience!

However, I was in the need of some work shoes, so I stopped by when was quickly reminded upon entering the place that they have all types of shoes, just might be the nicest overall 'brick & mortar' shoe store in the area. The prices are fair, the selection vast, no high-pressure sales people, but they're helpful when needed. The stores paid out well and clean and organized which makes shopping g quick and painless. Also, plenty of parking.
