Huge store. Love that the left half is their 50% off outlet. Easy transition into their current sale section. Steve, our sales associate, was a breath of fresh air! He didn't pressure or nag me. He answered a few questions, hung back. I recommend him to others. I found a few chairs that fit my desired height and armrest requirements, but I'm still not sure if they were really the winner winner chicken dinner. And material, too. Do I want cloth or leather? So funny, because I was rolling around this review in my mind and decided on a 3. And of course, I see yelp currently agrees with me. That makes me feel better because I really wanted to like this place. First of all, it isn't the greatest location--a favorite area for outlets. They have a cool concept of 3 stores in one which is what brought us there originally. We wanted to check out the Fifty Off store next door. However, we decided to check out the Front Room Furnishings quickly. We were surprised they seemed to he having a good sale, better than when we had last visited the Polaris location. We were starting to get a little excited, and Kelli came over to help us. She was really nice that first day, although a little overbearing and pushy for my tastes. We got very close to wanting to purchase a couch that day. However, we had only expected to browse briefly and ran out of time before dinner. Pregnant women need to eat! So we decided to come back again and finish our purchase another day. It was the second visit where it went downhill. We had come ready to wrap up our couch purchase. However, Kelli was having major issues this time. Forget the customer is always right. She kept going out of her way to try to put me down and prove I was stupid, and she was smart. (Even though it was obvious at least once that she was wrong about something, saying for sure a couch was in one area of the store until her associate pointed out it was in a completely different area). I was rather irritated and thought my husband didn't notice her repetitive, rude jabs since she was primarily trying to do it behind his back. We ran out of time before pregnant hunger came back again, and then I was starting to have big doubts, especially about giving Kelli any commission with her horrendous customer service skills. As we were leaving I shared my concerns about Kelli and asked if he had noticed. He said he had definitely noticed, but if I was fine, he didn't want to sour the whole scene. He added that no she definitely wasn't treating you right, and that was wrong. So we both decided that we would either go to the Dublin or Polaris store or at least ask for a different sales person. However, it turned out that whole sour experience derailed us, and we never went back to purchase the couch during that sale. What I did like about Front Room, is that many of their couches are USA made. There are also a lot of customization features. But like I said, if we do go back, we are surely staying away from Kelli and probably this location in general. read more

Came here looking for a dining room hutch. This store has a lot of furniture and the prices are pretty affordable. I didn't find what I was looking for but I found some other items that I might want to buy. This store also has a discount section. The items in the discount section I thought was sort of expensive because it was damaged. A few pieces that I found had pretty significant amounts of damage that I didn't think was worth the discounted price. Anyway I think the people are on commission here because I was stopped at lest 5 times by different sales people asking if I needed help. That was a little annoying but I understand commission is you eat what you kill lol read more

Great sales person. Brenda was very friendly and answered all our needs. No pressure and she spent a ton of time with us. We special ordered our custom sectional and love it! The delivery guys were fantastic! Right on time, friendly, and extremely careful with my purchase and my home! The furniture is a little more expensive here, but with that you get great customer service, and in my opinion a little higher quality furniture. read more

I wish I could give them negative stars. Their showroom is nice enough, but I was lied to in the store (10% off, which changed to 5% off, free delivery which magically didn't qualify when we went to sign) when we got to the end. Then when the furniture was delivered they damaged most of it, but still carried it up my stairs and wrecked my house delivering the dining table. Professional movers, couldn't get up a 5-foot wide space with a brand new dining table. After cancelling I was told I had to drive back to the store to get a refund, but a manager told me he could void it otherwise. The first time someone offered a solution was the manager who said he would void the transaction for me. That's also after being transferred 5 times on the initial call. A month later a service department tech came to my house, saw the damage and even said he was shocked that they could do that in a wide enough space. I opted for them to send a contractor to do the repairs, which both the store and their in-store technician said was fine. 2 days later, I get a call from a Donna Meek who said they don't service the Cincinnati area and let the person who checked the damages go. Guess it was his last day? Take your business elsewhere. This place is horrible. read more

Front Room Furnishings sells cheap furniture at a high price.the dye on my sofa is wearing out after 11/2 yrs.They do not honor their warranty.BUYER BEWARE.I AM A 81 yr.old who lives alone with no pets or kids.Leather furniture should last longer. read more

Brice store employees are great, bought our sofa's from Jane Hookway and she really seemed to actually know what she was talking about in regards to the sofa's and thier inventory. Skip Polaris... they treated us like they couldnt be bothered that we were there. Its unfortunate that we didnt write down the tables we liked when we saw them at Polaris and order them from Brice Road store as the service was a million times better there. read more

I went to the store to buy king size mattresses. When I entered the store, I walked through the store to see if there was anything else I also wanted to purchase. As I walked through the store, not one sales person said hello or asked if I needed help. At one point I passed 4 sales people sitting together chatting it up and nothing. A sales person even helped someone else who was in the same area as me and I still got nothing. When I arrived in the mattress section, I managed to try out multiple mattresses, found the one I wanted with a nice price tag of $2099 but once again no one was around to help me. Needless to say, I will take my money somewhere else where my money is appreciated and customer service is important. read more

Such a great experience here. I went in just to look - not expecting to make a purchase. Sales Associate ( Dain ) approached a couple times but did not nag us. ( Much appreciated ) Found a beautifully made bedroom set for a good price. I bought a Bed frame and chest. Set delivery for less than a week for a day I had off. I decided a few days later I might want the matching nightstand. I emailed Dain on a Wednesday night at 7pm he called me back that night at 9pm and left a voicemail saying he would check the warehouse at 10am the next morning to check if it was in stock and email me since I would be at work - and I received an email at 10:05 the next morning! Great customer service. I received a courtesy call the day before delivery. The delivery guys called 20-30 minutes before arrival, and they were very friendly and showed me how to take in and how the sliding mirror on the chest if I ever move it. Overall, great experience. Definitely recommend! read more

Good looking stuff...BUT made cheap! I spent a fortune on my new furniture and the material fell apart in less than 3 months, it balls in to clumps. They even said " sit on the furniture more to speed us the clumping process" They insist there are no alternative options to solving this problem. If this store wants to be a real business and have a good reputation they need to start using better quality material/products and re-think their store policies. I do not recommend shopping here. HAD BEEN EVERYWHERE!. Found this place by luck and stopped by. We were in need of new living room suit. Huge selection of furniture, the wife found several she was interested in immediately. the longer we looked the more she changed her mind. Thought we were ready to buy when she found the large couch section of a three piece sectional all alone on the fifty off side. On the FRF side they were selling this one piece for 1187.00 dollars, on the fifty off side it was 249.00 dollars and it was brand new.. We thought why pay so much more money for something the dogs will eventually claim anyway. Salespeople were great, two men shrink wrapped it and loaded on my truck. Got it home, removed the sectional hardware and viola . A nice new couch for almost nothing. I know it only has one arm but the other end has a nice corner with a pillow, very nice to curl up in. We will be going back next week to look for a recliner for me, but as for now her and the dogs are sitting pretty. The couch is very comfortable, name brand and suits us just fine. We have a home, not a house. We want people to feel comfortable in our home, and couldn't see spending 2000.00 bucks on something you would be afraid to sit on.
