The food took more than an hour to come to the table and the waitress did her best to keep the patient crowd happy with offers of free "anything you want". We really wanted this place to be better, and have been hoping to see it turn around. A breakfast place with decent prices would be packed, especially with all the local work crews. I got the bacon egg and cheese sandwich. You are able to choose which kind of bread you would like for your sandwich. I chose a biscuit. If you look at the picture, you can see that the biscuit is about 5 inches thick! The biscuit actually had more of a texture, look and taste of a piece of bread instead of a biscuit. It didn't taste bad it just didn't taste or look like a biscuit. The bacon was good and it tasted like it may have had Velveeta cheese on it but again it just had those really flat scrambled eggs. I ended up cutting the top and bottom of the biscuits in half so I did not have so much bread. The service was good and the coffee and food were hot, but we were just not a fan of the food itself
