She genuinely cares and takes the time to understand your body and health goals. I first came in for women's health and menstrual issues I had struggled with for years. After completing my treatment plan, I noticed a huge difference -- my body finally feels balanced for once in my life. Then I started a fertility treatment plan, even though I was told at 16 that I'd never be able to have kids. I followed Dr. Sarah's plan, took the herbs she recommended (my husband did too), and now I'm pregnant and in my third trimester with a healthy baby! This review is for the Coronado "recovery suites" which is connected to and located right next door…read morethe surgery center. My mother in law was supposed to spend two nights here after a total knee replacement. I had certain expectations of what this would be like, and unfortunately I was disappointed. She was placed in a recliner chair rather than a bed and was apparently expected to sleep two nights in a chair (that didn't actually happen but for other reasons so keep reading...). She did walk up and down the hall once with a physical therapist. They had no ability to give IV pain or nausea medication, and she was unable to keep anything down after the procedure. They also apparently could not give IV fluids to combat dehydration from not taking any oral intake. She was in pain as a result since she not keep down any oral pain medications and IV medications were not an option. She was presented a menu from... wait for it... Applebee's for her post-operative meal. Nothing says post-op recovery like steak and french fries from Applebee's. Needless to say, she could not eat this as she could not even keep water down. She had chest pain the first night she was there. Staff attempted to perform an EKG, but they were unable to get the EKG machine to work. So they decided to send her to the emergency room where she remained for another two nights in a hallway. The only plus about this facility is that the nursing and ancillary staff were very kind. I don't recommend it for recovery from a total knee replacement, however. Their limited ability to manage post-op symptoms means you will very likely be quite uncomfortable. When she's ready for her next knee to be done we will be looking to have this procedure done in an inpatient hospital with a stay of two nights or so to better manage pain and nausea with IV medications.

When I signed in the assistant told me they called to tell my there was lapse in my insurance and I could still be seen with a cash pay ok fine. My issue is why did someone wait to the last minute to say something and couldn't call me the day before at least I could have figured out what happened. But instead I had to cash pay which want to $150 talk about being pissed to add even more gas to the fire I never had any problems with this office but they need to do better and Inform patients a lot sooner than the day of
