He also found that the pump I had was not big enough and that I had tons of water left in my well but that the pump was not reaching it all. He replaced the pump with one that was fit for my system. He also checked my filters. They also did a treatment of the water. His prices were very reasonable especially for coming out on short notice. I have recently had them install a water softener. They tested the water, diagnosed the problem and gave me the information I needed to get a proprietary part from Culligan. Culligan was very hard to reach and finally told me the parts were no longer available for the unit that I had. I ended up getting a new softener unit from Waterflo. I also got a reverse osmosis system, and loved the work they did. I ended up called them when I had issues with my main infow tank, which they replaced, and they added a water measurement and leak detection system as part of that job. Their prices were extremely reasonable, and they've been very responsive and made suggestions that saved money and resulted in a better installation. I also needed a dry well put in, and when I mentioned Waterflo to all of the companies that bid on the dry well work, all of them had nothing but good things to say about Waterflo! Once the well was installed, Waterflo came back just to make sure that the connections to the new dry well were done correctly!!

The day of the appointment (WHICH I TOOK OFF FROM WORK FOR TO BE HOME) I decided to call around 9am to get a estimated time they would show up. Melanie said they had some "no water" calls that morning and were running behind. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and have them call me back later with a new time frame. Melanie calls back around 12pm saying that they got more "no water" calls and all the crews were working on those calls and they had to reschedule. Okay, I get that having no water is an issue. HOWEVER, you have SCHEDULED jobs....WEEKS IN ADVANCE. If I had a reservation at a restaurant I would get in before people that just walk in. Same concept. People that call in need to wait. Plain and simple. On the other hand, if I wasn't home and the company showed up to do work, they would be pissed (as I am now). Clearly, this company places priority on bigger jobs that bring in the most money. Forget if you have a scheduled job. If something better comes along you'll be pushed aside. Customer service DOES NOT EXIST here. The company needs to better prioritize their crews (if they even care to). Have a team focused on emergencies and one focused on SCHEDULED JOBS. I urge everyone to NOT USE this company. If you feel like wasting your entire day for them to reschedule the day of your appointment, then by all means call them up. I will be finding a different company that actually SHOWS UP
