Seriously??? Interesting since it hasn't happened before. We came to this park because of the music. We came here because it's a 55+ community. GROWN people making our own GROWN decisions. Pick your battles people. Music is too loud? It was 4-7pm on a Saturday. Seriously? We left our last resort because they nitpicked everyone there. A good way to lose people who will NOT return.

While the amenities are pretty good and the resort is clean, their pet policy leaves a lot to be…read moredesired. They advertise as pet friendly with only restrictions on size and quantity. So we booked a month with our 27 pound doodle. However after checking in, we were told we could not walk our dog from our site. We would have to pick her up and carry her the 3 blocks to their nature trail. Well, that is impossible. I complained and asked to be moved to another site which they were not able to accommodate immediately. We got complaints from residents when we walked the dog the 3 blocks down the middle of the street so as not to get in any yard. I would not call this Rv resort a pet friendly place.

I applied to live at the campground. The property manager called me and informed me that I did not…read moresign the bottom line so she could not authorize my background check. I asked her if I could authorize it over the phone she said no. I asked her if I could authorize it over email, she told me no. It was planned that I would come in later at the end of the week after my trip was over to come and sign the paperwork. Then she informed my boyfriend that he did not get approved to live there. So I called and I wanted my electric deposit back and to make sure I was not going to get charged for the upcoming month (since we never technically moved in, we were just paying rent to save our spot) and to get my $50 for my background check back because she told me they could not run it without my signature. She then informed me that she already ran my background check. I said that's really weird and shady because you told me you couldn't do it without my signature. And she was just standing on that she is not giving back my money because they already ran it. I don't even care about getting the money back at the principal is you told me that you could not run my background check and then you hung up the phone and proceeded to do it anyways. That is so unprofessional and the way the property manager handled it (I know if I say her name it's easier for her to take this review down but it starts with a K) I said, proceeded to ask the corporate number and she flat out told me no. Refused to give me a corporate number and then she gave me an email that is her work email. I think it's really shady that you're gonna act that way and then refuse to let anybody report it. I was about to stay at this campground for the next 1 to 5 years. And honestly, this must be a blessing in disguise that I don't need to be near that woman because even when I stayed her the previous year, she had a nasty attitude. I just hope this review helps other people protect themselves in the future because this company will dance along the line of doing illegal things behind your back. I had no problem if they had run the background check, the principal of this is that you told me you could not, hung up the phone, and then we ended it anyway without my knowledge. Update 7.12.26 According to their investigation and according to their " proper procedure" they " did not do anything wrong". If calling someone to let her know that you could NOT run the background check, informing her she HAS to come in to sign the bottom line, hanging up the phone and then proceeding to do the background check anyways is what this company calls "proper procedure", then I'm taking it as a blessing that my name will not be associated with a company that has such sketchy "proper procedure". An halfway apology does not seem genuine when you only respond through an online platform when I have complained. I asked for the corporate number and I was denied. I asked for a corporate email and I was denied. I'm glad to know you guys pay attention to your online reviews, and I hope you do better in the future when it comes to your "proper procedure"

I stayed here for a week while visiting family in the area. All of the facilities were neat &…read moreclean and were obviously well-maintained. The pool was a refreshing retreat for some exercising and cooling off after a long, hot day (I was there in July!). My space was large and level, with a clean concrete patio and full hook-ups (50-amp). There was plenty of space between my site and my neighbor (which seems to be becoming a rarity in RV Parks these days... in a lot of places you can reach out your window and hand the Grey Poupon to your neighbor without stretching! Not here... you're gonna have to get out and walk it over there, LOL!. Everyone I met was friendly and happy. I had such a nice time here that I am considering spending a few months here this winter (although I may not tell my family I'm there!). I recommend this park.

There was so much for the kids to do that they were never bored. They loved everything from the waterslide and foam party to the arts and crafts, but their absolute favorite was the scavenger hunts. The pool was perfect for the Florida heat, and the refreshing drinks available poolside were a great bonus. One employee was walking around kindly reminding guests to keep their drinks on the edge of the pool instead of in the water. He was always polite and friendly, which we really appreciated. Overall, we had a wonderful weekend and can't wait to come back!

I picked one in the low 400's...I think it was 405, because one on each side was empty. Fast forward to the day before I get an email about virtual check in. However it states I am in the mid 100's....so I call and inquire. At the time of the call there were 109 sites vacant. The girl proceeds to tell me if you dont pay a $50 lock fee. They can move me at their discretion. So I got moved....additionally, got here an hour early and had to pay $25 early check in. 109 empty spots and the pool is like a carnival cruise pool....SLAMMED! Only 2 small comfort stations. No shade to be found. We are here now, and this may well get updated for a vetter rating...or worse, who knows. But it seems like a resort that will nickel and dime you to death. And moving someone who booked, and paid in full is some shady crap....they are all about the money grab!

I would not stay here. Very tight spots. They double booked our site. We had been there a few…read morehours, we were already set up at the site and were headed to the pool when Holiday Cove realized they double booked the site. We were told we had to leave even though we had a confirmation email from them for that site. We were still in the process of finding a new RV Resort (I was literally still on the phone calling around) when it hit 6:00 so they closed the office and left. They had no idea if we even found a place to go. They parked the new people right outside our site to get us to get out faster. They did not care that their error (system or not) displaced us. They did not even attempt to make it right.
