Owner is overly paranoid and won't even let you sit inside. The yogurt itself is ok, but the toppings were all stale and gross! I will never be back! It was almost 6 bucks for a small amount of yogurt, stale gross FAKE Oreos, old supposed cookie dough (tasted like an old cracker) and year old candy!

    outside.

Do NOT come here, it's been the third time I drive over here this week at 7:30 PM and they have been closed. They haven't updated their hours online nor in person. What an unprofessional business. Do not recommend driving for nothing.

Came here to try out the hype of the famous ice cream. It was creamy and delicious. We came at the…read moreright time and there was no one else in line except one family. While we sat to enjoy the ice cream, the line got really long. The two gals at the counter were polite and friendly while working diligently to give samples and help customers! Great place to have ice cream. They have a lot of seating and a slide which was a hit with the kids. No ice cream was being made at the time we came in because it was later in the evening.

The location is awesome and right in the middle of a really fun area. We could walk there from where we were staying and there were tons of restaurants, parks, and other places to explore nearby. The line looked absolutely massive when we first got there and honestly almost scared us away, but don't let it fool you. They move people through so fast that we barely even noticed the wait. They had live music going while we were there and plenty of outdoor seating, which made it a really fun place to just hang out and enjoy dessert. The ice cream was delicious with lots of flavors to choose from. The sorbet was also really, really good. But the real winner for me was the milkshake. It was easily one of the best milkshakes I've ever had. My biggest complaint is the milkshake only comes in one size. There isn't even a kids size. A 20oz milkshake is just too much for some adults, let alone a kid. I really think they should offer a couple different sizes because I'd honestly order them even more often. We also tried one of the slushies that's made with the sorbet and their "refreshing" lemonade. The sorbet itself was fantastic, but the lemonade tasted like plain Simply Lemonade, and you could definately taste it in the finished drink. If they made a quick homemade lemonade instead, I think it would take those slushies over the moon... kinda fitting for Little Man's cow theme haha. Overall, this place was one of our favorite stops in RiNo. We came back three seperate times during our stay and I'd absolutely come back again on our next trip to Denver. Hopefully by then they'll have a smaller milkshake option so I don't have to feel quite so guilty ordering one every visit.

We were walking around looking for a dessert at Colorado Mills but to our surprise, there was an ice cream shop that caught our eye. We chatted a bit with Curt and he was telling us the story behind Smith+Canon and recommended some delicious and tasty pairings. Things were so good, we went back and ordered a second one. The Butterbrickle was probably my favorite flavor of the two. It's a blend between sweet and salty. The toffee finish is just chefs kiss. It pairs nicely as an affogato if you like coffee. The second flavor we ordered was the Foxxy Brown and it's cinnamon cheesecake ice cream. Such unique flavors but they're all blended and made so well. I'm coming to the Colorado Mill just for the ice cream.

I can't review the coffee since I've never had it here but this place rivals some of the best Gelateria in the world in my elitist opinion. Few years ago I took a class at Carpigiani Gelato University in Bologna, Italy. It was explained to me that real ice cream is more dense less air and served at lower temperature. S+C ice cream reminds me of the same texture that you get with premium Gelato. Foxy Brown (cheesecake) is my go to. Butterbrickle and trialbar (black sesame) is always sold out because they only make daily batches. I hear that the Affogoto is also fire. Don't believe what you hear, believe half of what you see. Do believe what you eat.
