The chocolate was good but the mini chips in it were like plastic chocolate. Really hard and didn't have much taste. The banana ice cream had chocolate shavings that were definitely a better quality of chocolate but the banana was harsh and very artificial tasting. I was sad that it didn't live up to the hype. The ice cream tastes fresh every time because it is. All our family occasions have a cake involved and Marshall's is where it comes from. Soft serve, shakes, sundaes, cakes...all the best! I've watch most of the ladies behind the counter grow up and everyone is so nice! Almost always a crowd but it moves along ...and it's worth the wait anyway! In the summer, you can sit outside or just enjoy you ice cream in the car. This is the ice cream place you NEED to go to!

I walk in and the girl greeted me warmly, and patiently told me about all the cookies in the display cases. I bought 5 - 2 chocolate chip, a cannoli filled, chocolate with raspberry, some kind of crumb cake square. OMG!!! When I got home, my mom inhaled the cannoli! The chocolate with the raspberry is excellent! They are big and a bit heavy, so I eat just half at a time. They are moist, not greasy, not dry. I will have to go back! I think they have brownies?
