I came across this place on my seamless, and after checking out some reviews/photos knew I had to give them a try! I ordered a milkshake for delivery, campfire s'mores flavor. It was thick and creamy with chocolate flecks and graham cracker taste intertwined, topped with whipped cream and a cherry. Would definitely recommend their milkshakes! I will definitely be ordering again and trying some other items! Love a great local small business!

Sweeties hit the sweet spot for me! Food: They have an abundance of ice cream flavors, toppings, ice cream types (e.g., specialty, soft serve, sorbet etc.) and desserts from cakes to pudding and milkshakes. It's truly a sweet tooth's dream. We ordered the Banana Boat with strawberry cheesecake, sea salt truffle, and s'mores ice cream flavors topped with whipped cream, Cinnamon Toast Crunch, and caramel drizzle kissed with a cherry. It sounds intense but trust me it was perfect! Service: We were greeted upon entry by a very kind staff member (or owner!) She was extremely attentive and took her time crafting the perfect banana boat, even asking us later to participate in a raffle to potentially win more treats on our next visit. Her enthusiasm was written all over her face which put the cherry on top (no pun intended)! Ambiance: Very vibrant space with high top seats hugging the shop. It is a very open space allowing you to see all that it has to offer. The shop is surrounded by powerful quotes from black leaders - such a unique and beautiful touch.

AMAZING! AMAZING! AMAZING! I can't fathom how amazing these cupcakes are. I'm so happy my husband stopped here to bring me home some lovely cupcakes. I've always ventured out with a sweet-tooth for cupcakes in our neighborhood, heck We've even traveled to find some but to my dismay I've not found one place that can make both a moist and delicious cupcake until today! The icing was on point and the cupcake itself was super moist. I can't ask for a better tasting cupcake, like seriously. I've tried a lot of the flavors all in one sitting and I'm disappointed that I had no self control to stop taking a piece from each one. Apple pie, Oreo, snickers, cookie dough, brownie, double chocolate, red velvet etc..... I couldn't stop....... OMG I just couldn't stop. This business is black owned and my husband said the lady was extremely sweet and let him try flavors of ice cream and explained how long they've been in business and how business is running with Covid happening. He says this company can have his money anytime. Our kids really enjoyed it, I enjoyed it. What more can we ask for? We've found a great cupcake bake shop and will come here all the time from now on.

This small dessert shop packed a large punch with amazing sweet smells from the moment you open the door. Greeted with a smile and a friendly glove-covered wave made the experience even better. They offered all the delights of parfaits, puddings, milkshakes, and their specialty cupcakes. The space is light, bright, airy, and clean. Their cupcakes are beautifully decorated, soft in texture, and just the right amount of sweetness one needs to satisfy a sweet tooth. What's on my plate? Oreo Cupcake Hot fudge Brownie Cupcake Apple Pie Cupcake Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Cupcake Things to know? Opened 5 days a week Weds - Sun 1pm - 9pm Available to make custom cake/dessert orders Takeout/ Delivery options available Side note: Be sure to put a little strength in your upper body to open the door. So I finally made it here! This is one of those bookmarks that you keep saying I have to go but for some reason you never get there. Well today 1/2/21 was the day. What a way to start of the New Year, clearly tradition is out the window with last year. Let me start my New Year off with some cakes and ice cream. Leave me alone don't judge. It's quite the evident ya really only live once. Besides I parked super far. This gave me ample time to burn off some calories. Anyway I enjoyed the bright lighting of the establishment. I can tell that it was super clean!! Yes COVID safe! Gloves on, mask on check. I was offered two tastings of ice cream. a s'mores flavor and a Strawberry cheesecake flavor. I believe. Lakeisha read my mind with that one as I steered at it so hard. I hope I wasn't drooling. But truthfully I was there for the cupcakes My friend purchased ice cream. The brownie cupcake was delicious it was actually my favorite between that and strawberry cheesecake cupcake. I love chocolate so I'm slightly bias. I also sampled the pineapple cheesecake which was Superb. I was unable to sample the cookie-dough cheesecake because my daughter scarfed it down before I could blink. I would like to assume it was delicious as well! I'm looking for to returning for either a speciality cake or some ice cream for when the weather warms up. Great Customer service.

Strawberry cheesecake & s'mores - oh my deliciousness!

What's better on a hot summer day?! Yasss ice cream! Try the strawberry cheesecake... Seriously. The. Best. The graham cracker crust is sweet and crunchy swirled with chunks of strawberries- all making the PERFECT ice cream consistency. I'm also a huge fan of their red velvet cake. I used to ride across town for Cake Man Raven years ago. When I took my first bite I felt like I struck the jackpot, this is now my go to spot when I get case of the red velvets. Thank you lovely ladies for serving up such delicious treats! I'm sure I will see you again soon :) **lastly if you live close by or neighborhoods away, this place is super duper worth the trek**

yum!! love this local spot, right on the corner. they have really good flavors and id highly recommend the banana one.. SO good. Got this sundae and shared it with 3 people, which was perfect.

Omg! My daughter had the best time at her birthday party here ! It was super cute and fun .... They listened to soo much great music and the treats were so good The best part was create a milkshake project they all did Everyone's came out so good and the staff was such a great help with all the kids I would highly recommend this place for not only bday parties but for any day ! The vibe is on point and everyone's attitudes are so happy and positive it made it feel like a party as soon as we walked in! Now we order those cupcakes and ice cream for every event we have !

They truly have the best sweets and ice cream!! I am not big in cupcakes but I fell in love with theirs. My favorite is the cheesecake but all of them are delicious. Their ice cream, sorbets, and icees are also so delicious. My favorite is the cookies and cream! They are also so friendly. I love this black owned family business. They also make custom cakes! Yum.

We ordered one strawberry and one strawberry banana crêpe. They were filled with strawberries and bananas, and the outside was drizzled with glorious Nutella, which is a hazelnut chocolate sauce . The texture of the crêpes were absolutely perfect and that was the part I was most craving. I also loved the Nutella part. The banana and strawberry not so much as to me that didn't really have much of a taste, but maybe that was because the rest of it was super flavorful and over powered the fruit. All good and definitely satisfied my crêpe craving, but next time I would stop by to enjoy their desserts in person. The Kunafa looks particularly wonderful and has definitely peaked my curiosity.

Having a dessert spot in the neighborhood that is open late night and is serving flavors of our culture is nothing short of a dream come true. Not so great for my weight loss goals, though haha. Thank you, Moose. I came in here, and the place was absolutely buzzing, with groups of people enjoying their late night desserts- a testament to how much we needed this spot to just open and thrive and exist. I don't personally like cream Kenafa so I haven't really tried anything off their menu yet, but the Dubai chocolate crêpe is really calling out my name, and I am just going to bite the bullet and try it one of these days. I did go in to sample their Dubai chocolate. As a chocoholic, I am on a low-key search for the best Dubai chocolate bar in the city. This bar did not disappoint. The filling to chocolate ratio was perfect. However, I do feel that there is an over balance of crispy kanafa in the filling. I think it could use more pistachio cream and be a little on the runnier side. Can't wait to come back and try that crêpe. Until I am able to make that trip back, do stop in and enjoy a sweet treat in this cute little dessert shop. It's also Palestinian owned so you know you are supporting the right people and the right cause while satisfying that sweet tooth craving. What more could a customer ask for?

Anyway, I was in Brooklyn with my brother to see a concert and had just finished dinner. We had some time before doors opened so we decided to grab a little ice cream before heading over to the venue. Farmacy was steps away - it all seemed like it was meant to be, so off we went. Farmacy aims to capture the nostalgia of an old fashioned soda shop and ice cream parlor. Immediately upon walking in we were greeted by aesthetics - the tile, fixtures, and decor totally give off that vibe. There are a few tables to sit as well as a large bar area with stools; I also noticed a few tables set up outside as well. The traffic flow is set up so that you order first and then have it served to you after sitting. Browsing the menu, I noticed they have a selection of ice cream scoops, shakes, egg creams, specialty sodas, hot chocolates, and a large variety of sundae creations. Since we were there for ice cream, we decided to split a sundae -specifically the Sir Twix-a-Lot. This was chunks for shortcake tossed in caramel and topped with vanilla ice cream that was coated in a chocolate shell. Overall I thought the sundae was solid - but the combinations of textures weren't my favorite to be honest, mostly with how the shortcake played with the ice cream. It wasn't bad though - the flavors definitely gave the Twix aesthetic. My only other issue with the dish was that because chocolate shell was used, any residue at the bottom was hard so you have to chisel it if you want to savor any last spoonfuls; I guess that comes with the territory. Service was good - everyone was friendly. It wasn't too busy when we were there so we had our selection of seats and our ice cream was ready pretty quickly. Overall, I'm glad I finally tried Brooklyn Farmacy out - they have a large selection so I would definitely return when I'm in the area again.

It was a bit warm at our table, and the friendly staff moved us to a cooler area. To drink, I ordered the Wolf's Fang for $18, a blend of rums, falernum, arak, passionfruit, orange, and oat milk. As described, it was their take on a milk punch, and wasn't too sweet with a bright hint of citrus. I would recommend it. The hummus was good, being thick with a strong tahini flavor, though I have preferred others. Outside of the hummus, the daily salatim included a mix of mostly pickled items. First, there was some pickled cauliflower and carrots with a bit of turmeric. The second salatim was a more unique and spicier pineapple slaw, which was refreshing, and had some herbal flavor from parsley or something similar. The third was a cabbage slaw, which was alright, as I found it a bit too lightly seasoned. The last was a mix of cucumbers, olives, and other pickles, which was standard and tasty. Alongside all of this, the pita was warm and fresh, and the staff refilled everything when we asked. For the main course, I chose the Steak Shashlik, which they spell as shishlik, for $46, which came with tahini and some pickled onions. The steak was tender and well seasoned, and the tahini added a distinctive nuttiness. I especially enjoyed making a mini sandwich with the steak, tahini, pineapple pickle, and pita. Others at the table ordered the Spicy Lamb Kofta and other shashlik options, including Chicken and Trout. In terms of sides, someone got the $15 Fries with tahina ketchup, which they enjoyed. Overall, everyone enjoyed their meal, with no one ordering dessert as a few walked over to the tasty Bertoni Gelato nearby. This place is a tad expensive, but I wouldn't mind going back. Even as a fan of pickles, I wish the salatim were a bit more varied, such as including an eggplant or bean-based mezze. I presume the dinner version is a bit more varied, as there are many more salatim, but they should put a bit more effort into the lunch one as well.

Seating space (not a lot of it, so I imagine it can get packed on busy times) and bathrooms on premises. Hot chocolate was delicious. We got the spiced dark chocolate and the spices were overwhelming. Get dark chocolate without spices. The extra dollar for marshmallow made the chocolate even sweeter, so it was overwhelming and I wouldn't recommend. But. The extra dollar for whipped cream would be nice because the their homemade whipped cream isn't sweet, so it will just thicken up the drink and give you that extra texture oooomph that you'll appreciate. Torino cafe is basically coffee added to any hot chocolate of your choice. That was tasty with dark chocolate. You definitely tasted the coffee and it was less thick than regular hot chocolate (which was on a thinner, sippier side). You can sample ice cream to make your selection. It's all very sweet, so if you're looking for a less sweet option go with Belgian dark chocolate flavor. For a $18 banana split you get three scoops of ice cream and a caramelized banana. Not a big portion for such hefty price. The tiny addition of toppings didn't make this banana split come together into a cohesive dish. Would get something else next time. Definitely not a good deal. Staff was super friendly and generous with samples, which I appreciated since some of the flavors are definitely outside the usual ice cream comfort zone. They also sell pints to take home. Flavor-wise, I tried the masala chai, black cherry cardamom, and the saffron soft serve. The saffron soft serve reminded me of the leftover milk from ras malai turned into soft serve, which was interesting and nostalgic. The masala chai and cherry cardamom were more subtle than I hoped. Some tasted unique upfront but left a slightly weird aftertaste that kind of lingered. I respect what they're trying to do and can see why people love it, especially if you're easing into more globally inspired desserts, but for the price, I wanted stronger flavor payoff and a cleaner finish. TLDR: Unique global inspired ice cream flavors, friendly staff, and free samples, but some flavors felt muted and had an odd aftertaste. Worth trying once if you're curious, but expensive for what it is.
