I went with one ice cream and one sorbet with those being the Sorrel Rum and the Soursop Ice Cream. I love sorrel having had it multiple times because of my workplace and this was a excellent version with a bit of sourness but not too much and a bit of spice presumably from the rum or some other spices they use for the sorrel with both being likely.
