Arrived at Jason's, and there was a line more than halfway to the door. This might take a while because I noticed only one person taking orders. Before you know it, I was next to order. Then I saw a hand wave above the cash register, motioning me to come over. That's when I noticed they have three areas open to take orders, and two of them are, let's say, not very tall people. Their heads were lower than the cash registers. You could not see them, but that line disappeared really quickly. Anyway, I placed my order, 100% Whole Grain Wheat Bread Grilled Cheese Sandwich with Soup, and a Diet Dr Pepper drink. The lady replied back my order and asked what kind of soup, Tomato Basil or Bla,Bla,Ble,Ble,Blaw. I asked her to repeat that, and she said, Tomato Basil or Bla,Bla,Ble,Ble,Blaw. I said, I'm sorry, could you repeat the last part. She said, Bla,Bla,Ble,Ble,Blaw. I then said, Tomato Basil Soup will be fine. For the life of me, I could not understand what kind of soup Bla,Bla,Ble,Ble,Blaw was, and I don't know if that sounded good or not. But I do know Tomato Basil Soup is a good soup. FYI, the 100% Whole Grain Wheat Bread has two-slices of Cheddar Cheese and one-slice (in the center) of Muenster Cheese. That really sounds gooeygoodness to me. I grabbed my cup and number, filled my cup with Diet Dr Pepper (the Texas Coke), and located a table. This place is really busy with only a couple tables open. When one table is available, their Table-Cleaner is right there preparing it for the next customer. That is Service at its Best. Nicely done Jason. In a couple of minutes, my order arrived, and the Tomato Basil Soup was served in a Kettle Bowl style with Chunks of Tomato throughout and melted Chedder Cheese on top. Not what the picture showed on-line, and that looked delicious, and this looks better - Love It. However, the Grilled Cheese Sandwich is cut into small quarters. This 100% Whole Grain Wheat Bread is one-tiny-slice, but nicely toasted. Peeked inside for the cheese, and it's only a small dab of yellow and white. This is not a "Brylcreem Commercial" where a 'Little Dab Will Do Ya', it's a Grilled Cheese Sandwich, and I'm looking for the Cheese. I do not see how this could be three-slices, which doesn't even go to the edge of the toast. The Tomato Basil Soup is absolutely Delicious and Flavorful, and loving those chunks of tomatoes. Love That Soup. The 100% Whole Grain Wheat Bread is toasted perfectly and has the perfect crunch in every bite. Once in a while, you could actually taste a little cheese, but not often. The only thing I was disappointed in was their Grilled Cheese Sandwich with very little cheese. Other than that, I enjoyed my lunch and loved their Tomato Basil Soup. When I left, there was still a line, and it was moving pretty fast. Now I'm wondering what that Bla,Bla,Ble,Ble,Blaw soup was and how it tasted. I didn't see it on the menu board, so it must be something new they are trying. Maybe next time I will order it, but with something other than the Grilled Cheese Sandwich. You get Three Hard Shell Tacos, or Three Soft Shell Tacos, choice of Beef or Chicken, with Refried Beans, Mexican Rice and Fresh House-Made Tortillas on the side. All this for only $6.65. Our order is the same every time we come here. Three Hard Shell Beef Tacos for me, and One Soft Shell Beef Taco for my wife, along with Two Hard Shell Beef Tacos - and the same sides. Orders are in, and we grab a Booth. My Wife fills our drinks while I fill up from the Salsa/Sauce Bar, where they have over 18 choices. Soon our number appears on the board; our order is ready. This tray seems really heavy, but I made it to our booth. Added my choice of salsas to my Three Taco, which are overflowing with Tacoliciousness. My Lovely Wife lets me have her Two Hard Shell Beef Tacos because she gets full from only eating her one Soft Shell Beef Taco. I added my toppings to the other Two Beef Tacos, and they are overflowing. Rosa's Cafe has these Tacos filled over the top with lots of Lettuce, Tomatoes, and Cheese, oh my, the Cheese, all on top of an over half-filled Taco with Seasoned Beef. My Wife enjoyed her Soft Shell Beef Taco, which is more like a Big Fat Burrito. She said it has more Beef and toppings inside than she has ever had before - it's HUGE, and Tastyliciousness in every bite. I LOVED My Three Beef Tacos and ate the other Two Beef Tacos, which, in total, given how much they stuff in these, was more like enjoying Eight Stuffed Beef Tacos. When I finished, there were taco droppings all over my plate. This was enough for another Taco, I ate that also. Rosa's Cafe knows how, and they do it all so well. Their Refried Beans are extra Beanielicious and their Mexican Rice is fresh and tasty. My plate is cleaned. Rosa's Cafe is always a great place to enjoy Taco Tuesday, and the number of customers here proves that. They are BUSY, inside and with many cars/trucks going through the drive-thru. When we arrived back at the house, I opened up those Fresh, Fluffy, House Made Flour Tortillas and there were four of them all wrapped up tight. We have Honey and also Butter and Cinnamon - this may be our dessert for Tuesday Night, or maybe Wednesday because we both are stuffed. However we had an unfortunate situation where I misplaced my favorite gray baseball hat, and I left the cafe without it. When I realized I lost it, I quickly ran back in and looked where I might have lost it. My friend and I were the first people in the cafe and no one else left the store. We checked where we sat and ate... nothing. Then we checked with the front desk where they take orders, and they told me that it was there, but it was just "gone". I assumed a bad samaritan just up and stole it but a few of the locals were INSISTENT that it was left at the front desk! So we thankfully had one of the locals stand up for us and complain to the front desk that they had it in their back office. And lo and behold, the lady comes back with my favorite gray hat! I cannot recommend dining in the building if there are bad samaritans within the employees themselves, and honestly who knows how much people's stuff were stolen this way up to this point. If you must, I highly recommend not misplacing your stuff to put yourself in this situation to begin with.
