Try the tart flavor mixed with their low fat peanut butter flavor!!! It's always clean here, they have a nice clean bathroom and plenty of beverages and all types of coffees and healthy smoothies. They even have a tiki hut with açaí fruit bowls with all kinds of healthy toppings. . Come for breakfast (open at 8 AM ) for a croissant & , a FroYo with toppings for lunch or as I just did having a big bowl of peanut butter yogurt for dinner for 12 bucks . I Love the adorable hipster guys that work here they look like surfers! And they are very helpful and kind. They work hard and love what they do...and it shows! Date of visit: May 19, 2023 I have find memories of the fro yo here from when I visited about ten years ago. Never would I have imagined that it was still open after all this time! The taste did not disappoint--peanut butter frozen yogurt with cookie dough (there is no other topping for fro yo, really) was quite good though of course the price ounce was significantly higher than it was when I visited last. Unfortunately the staff was not nearly as enthusiastic as I was about my return, which harshed my buzz a bit and I decided to walk and eat as their indifference to my presence was a bit of a downer. The purple exterior of the place draws you in to the store, which includes Zombie Coffee (toward the back) and the DIY frozen yogurt terminals on the left front. If you have kids in tow, this is a great pit stop to enjoy frozen yogurt. It also has a restroom for customers only, which is very convenient. I came here to get something cool to drink on a warm evening. We arrived for just a few hours off of an MSC cruise. I found Frozen-Yo and its cafe by chance. It wasn't busy and they had a lot of unique offerings. I went with the Lady in Red, a red velvet milkshake. It was pretty good. Staff was friendly and they also have outdoor seating. The other side of Zombie Bar .... Frozen-Yo. Really good set up for frozen yogurt ice cream. So if you're familiar with how these places work, this one is no different. If you aren't familiar, all the yogurt is in self serve dispenser machines. They had approx 12 different flavors to choose from. Choose one, choose two ... choose them all. Next up, in the middle of the room, are the toppings. They have candies, fruits, nuts, chocolates, etc. Again, choose as many as you'd like to have. Next up, pay. So they have scales in two different places. Place your master piece on the scale and they charge you based on how many ounces you have placed into your cup. I don't remember what they charged per ounce, but probably play it safe and watch kids if you have them. Filling the cup up can quickly lead to a $10 ice cream treat. Flavors were all over the place so you shouldn't have a problem making everyone in a large crowd happy. Didn't try the frozen yogurt so I can't comment, but I tried their coffee and fresh coconut. Zombie coffee was good, but not the best you can find in town. More importantly, the young lady at the register was less than friendly. A cruise ship was at dock, so my hunch is she doesn't care for all the tourists. And I agree, too many tourists can get annoying, but since I'm visiting as well I don't have much room to complain. Other staff are friendly, but it's clearly a tourist spot with young adults working entry level jobs. Not a lot of product ownership going on. If you're in a hurry this place might be fine, but if you have time, track down a locally owned family coffee bar and get the real Puerto Rico Coffee experience. read more

Hubby was really craving frozen yogurt and he found this place. It was really conveniently located near the San Cristobal Castillo as we were going to head there after finishing our treat here. It was super affordable and they also sell water and other drinks at a very reasonable price. Bottled water was 50 cents and we bought extra to take with us to the fort and back to the hotel. Our hotel vending machine charged $2 for water so it was a no brainer for us to bring some back. They flavors and toppings were good. I wish they had a little more variety as I wasn't able to make my froyo in my ideal way. This definitely satisfied our sweet tooth nonetheless. read more

All the tables at FrozenYo were taken, so we sat at Brickhaus as they had ZERO customers and the employees were sitting outside talking. We were asked to move. Yes, we were technically sitting in Brickhaus' seats, but they weren't being used by their customers and we obviously would have moved if they had a customer, but they didn't. read more
