Nice place in old San Juan. Interior is cute, with 2 different sections. The back area has a high ceiling and lots of plants. We tried a couple of different dishes and enjoyed each one. The breakfast burger was well seasoned and hit the spot! The coffee and beer were nice additions to our late brunch! Would recommend (breakfast). Stopped by during a morning of exploration in Old San Juan, wanted to start the day off right with a good meal. They had about 20 min wait for 2 on Saturday morning/afternoon which wasn't bad. Just walked around for a little bit then came back when they called. They have a few outdoor seating chairs but primary seating is indoor, interior was well decorated, well-lit, lots of greenery. They did not have physical menus, had QR codes to scan (I think maybe if you ask them, they might have few physical ones). To start, we didn't order any drinks/alcoholic beverages that morning but they have an extensive list of beverages, cocktails, coffees, juices, wines, etc. to do so, so I wouldn't discourage trying them at all. For food, we ordered the French Mallorca sandwich and the Omelette w/ bacon, potatoes, & toast. Off the bat, it was clear that the French Mallorca was a very popular choice, that sandwich was just good, period (Rating: 8.7/10), soft bread w/ crispy edges, dipping in the syrup was a requirement for this sandwich. On the other hand, the omelette with potatoes, bacon, toast weren't as good. I asked for vegetables cooked into the omelette but it looks like they didn't really cook them down. Potatoes were very good though, seasoned well, honestly carried the meal along with the crispy thick cut bacon (Rating: 6.1/10). I think I really ordered it just as a healthy option, I next time would order something else because they still do have a lot of good option on that menu that I didn't take advantage of. Overall, the service was amazing, very hospitable from the host all the way down to our server. We even had the chance to enjoy live music as a band came in and performed temporarily during our meal. If you are around the area and want to stop by, you have my recommendation. Not bad option at all. read more

One of the best cappuccinos I've ever had! We stopped in here for a coffee and were able to just sit at the bar. They do breakfast which most tables are for and they also do take away coffee. Our server was amazing and very friendly and the space was very cute. We ordered a cappuccino and a cortado and both were amazing. Smooth and delicious and a great price at about $8 total for the both of them. Will be dreaming of this cappuccino until I can come back to San Juan. read more

I brought my venezuelan friend to visit PR and she was so pleased with the food and service. I am so thankful and truly appreciate the warmth and smiles of the staff. We started with coffee. We had a party of 5 which was kind of asking a lot of this very cute little brunch spot. Loved the chandelier! Our host directed us to an English speaking waitress. She was super nice and friendly. We ordered some wonderful Puerto Rican coffee, fresh squeezed lemonade and the Guava Quesito. Coffee and quesito were great! Lemonade was extremely tart. Also tried a yogurt/granola bowl, French Mallorca sandwich, Cafi skillet, Cafi Mallorca and Morning open face toast. French Mallorca is pictured with syrup for dipping but was not served with any. This would have enhanced the dish. We tried to ask for some, but the small restaurant was very busy turning tables. The skillet was huge and we ended up taking 1/2 of it to go. There was a photographer taking up much of the back tables, which made the restaurant seem even busier since they couldn't use all the tables. We all left full & happy. read more

We communicated mostly in Spanish with the staff, which was a great choice. The ambiance was lively, with salsa music playing throughout the evening. My wife ordered Caficultura's version of the McDonald's Egg & Ham McMuffin, only this one was way, way better than McDonald's. Which is good. My wife hates McDonald's. I love McDonald's. Always have. Their fries are the best. The ambiance here, you ask? Lively. A little too loud inside for my taste, but the place was packed with loud talking people. Not anything that can be done about that, really. I wish I had the magic power to cause groups of people to only talk in a whisper sometimes. If I had that power, then all that whispering would likely annoy me after a while, may even make me paranoid, come to think of it. Nah. I'd still want that power regardless. People need to shoosh! My friends and I decided to have a late lunch here after a morning of site seeing. This place is super cute inside and it wasn't too busy at the time. Our waitress was very nice and funny. We ordered a round of drinks. I got the espresso martini which was strong and had a great coffee taste. I wasnt too hungry since we had a later breakfast so I ordered the Angus sliders. The sliders were supposed to have quail eggs on them but they ran out. Either way these sliders were great! Perfect size and portion. The meat is a mix of chorizo and beef and was juicy/seasoned well throughout. We got great recommendations from our waitress of where to go in San Juan and left smiling.
