Told me their policy won't allow you to file a claim with your credit card company! Sounds like an attempted insurance scam to me and they are trying to screw their customer. I guess this is what you get dealing with a low grade online merchant. Save yourself the headache and buy elsewhere! It's not worth saving a few bucks!

My wife had a return to make and one thing keeping this place from getting a higher rating was that there was no signage indicating where customer service/returns were located. None of the cashier aisles had anyone there when we entered. We browsed a little and my wife spotted a gal who was stocking inventory (loads of seasonal stuff was filling the shelves). The employee immediately stopped stocking and directed my wife to the second cashier spot and she opened the spot and processed the returned item with a simple review of the receipt to confirm it was purchased there and the price to be refunded. In about a minute, my wife was refunded her money. My wife also asked if they carried some artificial plants and where would she find them. The clerk pointed in the general directions and then gave some verbal direction to help find the specific items. Unfortunately, they had similar stuff to what my wife wanted, but not exactly. But that wasn't the clerk's fault. Prices seemed reasonable and the quality of the items I picked up seemed good too. The space also has a wonderfully-sized party room (about 30 people max) and a kid room (the entire place is super kid-friendly). We had gone multiple places and couldn't find anything that really was within our budget and in good shape. We stopped in here and was created by the owner, he showed us a few dryers that were in great shape and well within our price range. My husband spotted this washer & dryer set and said- well might as well just upgrade. We talked to the owner- he offered to bring it to us THAT SAME DAY! We were in no rush, so we opted for just a couple days later. He delivered, unloaded & even helped my husband hook it up. He also hauled our old ones away! Hands down some AWESOME customer service! The washer & dryer are in great shape and go so well in my laundry room. I am so happy with them! It also came with a warranty & the owner said there is even a repair warranty too! 10/10 would come here again for our next appliance needs!
