While I was unable to locate the item, the staff were very, very helpful; asking questions, taking notes, measurements, and offered to follow up on Monday, after checking with another staff member. Well the guy across the counter assisting me was rude, plus they wouldn't give me anything on my trade in gun. So i looked it up and found several used on line that was asking arond what i wanted and some was $400 over what i was asking. We visited Premier Arms last Saturday, looking for ammo. My husband has had trouble finding what he needs or the prices are outrageous, even on-line. As we entered several folks were being helped at the counter. We stepped aside until a few people left for social distancing. Just minutes after we entered a nice, young lady asked if she could help us. My husband found out they had the ammo he wanted but earlier in the day. She suggested he look at two pre-packaged bundles they were selling. Once he saw what it was with magso9 and how many rounds he said sold immediately. After he completed his transaction I moved to the jewelry area. They purchase estate sales jewelry and they have several local artist creating phenomenal jewelry. I've dealt with the owner Brice and his staff for several years, and have made several purchases. Lately, in interactions with the staff in the past two years, members of the staff have been rude and disrespectful, From ignoring the customer to refusing to trade as advertised, this place has gone downhill. I was very disappointed. I had some guns I wished to sell or trade. I felt like I was in a used car dealership or on Pawn Stars. They got the agent to come in and look at my guns and the first thing he did was record the serial numbers on all my guns. I explained that keeping a registry of guns is not legal. He told me "Tell that to Illinois" I felt I was being tracked. He kept asking me "how much were you hoping to get for them" I explained I was looking for a specific gun and he was more interested in wheeling and dealing than just being straight with me. He finally just told me he was going to pass. He would not give me the record of my serial numbers. He said he had to keep them for their records. Very Shady! Be careful. They do have some interesting handguns and Long guns, at least I have to give them that. read more

This review is for the jewelry section of the store, not the arms part. Bought a necklace for daughter in law for her birthday, she had a similar one and so wanted to return this one and get a different one. Get to premier arms and they said no returns ... mind you it had only been a week or so since it was purchased. Not like we were gonna shop elsewhere she just wanted something different from PA. Gave us so much grief, finally refunded the original purchase (minus the tax - not sure how that works - seems illegal). Then we bought a different piece from them. It was such a pain - I'd go elsewhere for jewelry if you want to surprise someone with it - cuz their return policy sucks. read more

This is a gun shop. I don't know what else to call it...they sell fire arms. Lots of them. The interesting part of this is that they sell jewelry inside! Surprise! They sell estate jewelry at great prices and there is also a jeweler who hand crafts really nice jewelry and sells here. I took my sons silver chain here to get fixed when the clasp broke. They did a great job and it didn't break my wallet. The staff is really nice too! If you're looking for a piece of jewelry as a gift, you might want to check it out. read more

These guys are AWESOME! I needed someone to install a trigger on my S&W Shield and originally brought my gun to a different gun shop dropped it off on a Friday and called after the weekend the following Monday and that gun shop said they were "about ready to work on it" they hadn't even touched my gun. So I told them I would bring my gun elsewhere. I dropped my shield off at Premier Arms that same Monday and they called me within the following two hours saying it was complete! They did an excellent job with the trigger install. They impressed me so much I purchased another trigger for my Glock 19 to have them install. Again extremely impressed with how quickly they were able to get this done. Dropped it off during my work lunch break, they called me what felt like no longer than an hour saying it was done. Again super impressed. I wish I had known about this gun shop sooner. Place is also a very neat shop they sell more than just firearms but have a good selection of pocket knives and a neat collection of jewelry also. I will definitely be bringing my business back to these guys and would recommend them to anyone! read more

I took a semi-auto rifle to them to tear down and professionally clean for me because it wouldn't cycle rounds and kept jamming. I got it back and it still wouldn't cycle even though they said it was good to go. I didn't even argue with them, I just went to the gunsmith I should have gone to in the first place. I won't ever deal with them again. read more

I called to ask if I could have a firearm transfered in they said sure, just need the shipping FFL info. Stopped in the next day to give them the order number and other info the shipping FFL emailed me. Thursday I get a call saying the firearm made it, but they didn't have any information from the shipping FFL so I had the that shop email Premier. I call the same person back Friday to ask if they got the information they needed, the response I got was "I don't correspond with that email that I gave you, I'll have someone else check". (I was a little confused as to why she requested information she needed be sent to an email she doesn't use.) 17 minutes on hold she's back on the line saying yes they have the info. I say great I'll be there in a few hours to pick it up. She then inform me I have to wait 72 hours before I can come in and start the process. WTF? I've never had to wait anywhere else for a firearm I've had transfered in. I've always gotten the shipping notification it arrived at the FFL, they call saying it's in and I get to come in that day to do the NICS and take my firearm home. I belong to several gun groups on the internet and no one else has ever had to wait like this either. If their policy is to hold a firearm that's transfered in, they need to tell people this when they inquire about the transfer. Premier received my firearm on Thursday Nov 19th at aprox 1030 so I go in today Noc 23rd to get my firearm.. They have had possession of it for more than 72 hours. I went up to the shop to pick it only to find out it still hasn't been processed. The staff was not busy with other customers. Four employees were just doing random stuff around the shop. When I asked about my rifle the same person I talked to on Thursday and Friday both said they still don't have the FFL info from the shipper. My response was "You told me you had it when I called on Friday." She got this oh crap look on her face and went back to talk to someone. After being made to wait around longer, another guy came up saying yes they have the FFL info but it's still not checked in. When I asked when it would be ready because it's past the 72 hours they failed to tell me about at first, he would not give me a definite answer. Very helpful. Right now between COVID and all of the protests, the gun business is crazy and it is hard to get your hands on any ammo or in-demand firearms. But these guys were able to sell me some ammo that other stores didn't have. read more
