I spoke with an employee by the name of Keyshawna and she told me that she did make the order because yesterday was so busy that they didn't see the updated cancelation until the end of the day. I do not think it's fair for me to be penalized because you all did not see the update in order status. I am asking that I either receive a full refund or receive the product that has already been paid for. I have already contacted Uber eats and they said there is nothing they can do so I am reaching out to you all for support.
