This business gets top ratings from me. I've been here twice and will continue to visit for my smoothies. I made a promise to my niece and nephew that on some Fridays we will get drinks. The one on Cascade is closer. Yet they are more rude and never have systems working in a manner to serve customers in the drive thru or inside. I've pulled up there 3x and could only get an order ONCE. This caused me to drive out of the way & hit the Camp Creek location. I was serviced by Nala and two other young ladies around 415pm (Friday). Can't remember their names, my apologies. They're fast, efficient, & polite. It's clean inside with a few seats for waiting. I had a craving for an Acai bowl so I stopped in after getting a sub next door from Jimmy Johns. I was able to go up to the register and order easily. I ordered the Açai Cocoa Haze Bowl and asked them to add peanut butter to it. I was charged for the peanut butter but, when I checked my bowl it was just nutella drizzled on top. The BEST smoothies! I love Smoothie King but to be honest the taste of the smoothie varies from location to location. This location is so consistent and it tastes delicious EVERY time! Love it here. They're super busy so I suggest using the app and ordering online. The young ladies here are so friendly and the atmosphere is very welcoming. I have patronized this location quite a few times and at a point it was very pleasant, but over the past six months the customer service at this location has dwindled. The employees are no longer friendly. Today I went to get a smoothie and after placing my order I quickly realized I had forgot to ask for plant-based milk in lieu of dairy. When I asked the girl if they had started on the smoothie, she said "no." So I then requested to have them use almond milk instead of regular (due to a dairy allergy) & told her I'd pay for whatever the difference would be. The girl then told me they can't do that (despite the fact they hadn't made my smoothie yet) and proceeded to say I can make that request the next time I come in. While I do understand I forgot to make the initial request, I'm quite disappointed that they would not accommodate an allergy that I have. So all in all, money was wasted because I could not drink the smoothie. Going forward I will take my business elsewhere. read more

Came here twice in one week while in town for work down the street. I ordered a Vegan Mango Kale both times. The employees were very nice, the smoothie was good and not crazy sweet like some place make it. Both times had a reasonable wait for my drink, nothing crazy. Would give 5 stars but that was a certain part of the store that smelled like rancid both times I went. The store looked clean and it was only in the one spot so not sure what that was about, but hopefully they do some digging into why that was. Otherwise good experience with this location. read more

Stop in here for lunch because I am on the 10 day smoothie cleanse. I left my homemade smoothie at home and fast food was calling my name and I knew that I had to stay on the right track. This location is inside a little shopping plaza across from Camp Creek Market Plaza. It's over on the side where Starbucks is and sits next door to the UBAR sports lounge. Once inside I stared at the menu for a few minutes(because there's a lot to choose from). A nice young lady came over to help me. She asked if I was ready to order and I told here I had a few questions. She was very eager to help. I told her that I was doing this cleanse and she lead me in the right direction for a great drink. I got the Vegan Mango Kale Smoothie w/o the juice and added Spinach. As I waited for my drink to be made I looked around the store and notice that the also sell B-12 drink and wheatgrass shots. I love when places make improvements. The parking situation is greatly helped by the addition of a couple of assigned spots. Most of the smell seems to have been cleaned up. There is nothing worse smelling than old protein powder and rotten fruit so I'm extremely thankful they addressed that issue. I've been a Smoothie King customer for over 15 years. I've experienced the different styles of customers service, personalities, etc throughout all of the many cities I've traveled. This particular smoothie king is well known to have a slow moving line, so be prepared for an incredibly long wait time (even if there are only 2 people ahead of you). My most recent experience visiting this establishment, was my final straw. I ordered a normal smoothie from the menu and prepared for my long wait. Finally after receiving my smoothie and walked back to my vehicle, I realized my smoothie had chunks in it. Since I'm so used to them not blending the ice down, I assumed this was just ice and kept it moving. This smoothie had a rather strange after taste. When I approached a stop light, I opened the lid, and tried to fish out one of these chunks. To my surprise I found blended pieces of plastic inside of my smoothie. I immediately placed a call to the Camp Creek Smoothie King where I purchased it. The girl who spoke with me admitted the blender broke. When I went back up to the restaurant to speak to the manager and actually show her the blended plastic pieces, she said "We don't have anything in the store that looks like that. You didn't get that from here"... okay so how did they magically appear in my smoothie?? They took my name and number and told me the owner would be in contact with me. That was a joke. I waited almost a week for him to call me. This situation happened over 3 weeks ago, and I haven't heard anything yet! This is a prime example of why their customer service is poor. I will not be back to this particular Smoothie King. Especially if they think it's okay to slip random unknown objects into customers drinks, then deny it. The smoothies are good but the service is horrible. Latest experience at checkout the female worker was on her cell phone the whole time. Not to mentioned she parked her car in a smoothie king only customer parking spot and had the audacity to ask me to close my car door b/c it was resting on her car as I had to squeeze into my car but she was parked there.
