The other girl refused service to a customer because she didn't like the way the customer called her out on solving a problem because she didn't know how to make a malt. I was in the store for less than five minutes and witnessed both of these employees being rude, entitled, and immature. As a business owner myself, I would be appalled if my staff ever treated customers this way. With the attitudes and lack of customer service skills I witnessed, I doubt either of these employees will be able to hold a job for any length of time.
