Waitress was quick to wait on us and bring our drink orders. The spring rolls were crisp and hot with a dipping sauce. Very good. My wife's dish was quite spicy even though it said medium heat. This is our second visit. The service is consistently friendly and attentive. The vibe is low key and relaxed. This is the kind of place you would expect to find run by a local family. The food is fantastic. I've tried the Vegetarian Pho and the Vegetarian Lo Mein. Both were delicious and packed with fresh, varietal vegetables, well seasoned and served cooked to perfection. This was a magnificent little Asian Restaurant over close to Walmart in Florence. As the name of the restaurant indicates they specialize in Thai fare all though they have some other Asian dishes as well. I tried their Pepper Steak which comes with carrots, onions, bell peppers, and beef, all in a brown sauce. It was served with rice. It was all very flavourful especially the beef which had great pepper flavour. We also got some Crab Rangoon as an appetizer which was a stellar version with plenty of crab flavour. Ambiance was okay. Spacious and comfortable. But the food was uninspired and seemed like someone "trying" at Thai food rather than really knowing how to make it. Pad That and Pad Kee Mao were both just okay. Tom Ka was watery and had no lime flavor (i squeezed a lime in it) Flavor profile bland bc we said mild, but there was no spice at all! TYPICAL THAI!! Went here for lunch twice and the place was subtly busy which is a good sign. The waitress was always friendly. I tried the Crab Rangoons, Chicken Satay, and Pad Thai. The crab rangoons taste exactly how you expect it except it is served with a strawberry sauce. This makes it sweet almost like a dessert. The chicken satay skewers are pretty large which was enough to be an entree alone. I didn't really like the peanut sauce. The Pad Thai tasted like any other. The disappointing part was the amount of protein. I added an additional two portions of chicken to my entree. Three portions of protein was barely enough to be what I'd call one portion. Great local Thai place located in Florence! Staff are always super pleasant and helpful, even when things start to get busy. We usually do takeout and our food is almost always ready to go when we walk in, and since we only live about 10 minutes away, this is a huge achievement! On a recommendation by a colleague, I decided to try this restaurant. The inside atmosphere is typical of an Asian restaurant with plenty of seating. I decided to start out with the small Tom Yum soup, medium spice. It was a very good soup with just the right amount of spice. It had a delicate flavor and you could taste a little bit of the lime and lemon grass. I very much enjoyed it! For the main meal I had the Pad Sew-Eew noodles with medium spice and they were fantastic! A nice strong flavor with a good variety of ingredients. Everything was cooked perfectly and cooked fast! I found the soup had more of a spice overall than the noodles but that's probably because of the way soup gets on my tongue and throat. For dessert I tried the mango sticky rice with a side of vanilla ice cream and it was also very good! The sticky rice was in a sauce that added an extra bit of flavor to it and the mangoes were large and plentiful. My waitress did a great job and always kept the water refilled and asked how I was doing. The portion sizes were good and the prices were fair. I think the food here is excellent and I would come back in a heartbeat the next time I'm in town! read more

Was looking for Pho by the airport and not many options so I thought I would give 3 Ladies a try. The restaurant is located in a strip mall and has a run down interior but that's not why I came. Started with pot stickers which were semi fried and had a good taste. Chili oil was provided along with vinegar dipping sauce which came in a plastic take away pot. The Combination Pho was a good size and had plenty of meat and noodles within. Bean spouts, limes, Thai basil and jalapeños came on the side. It tasted good but comparing to other Pho I have had it was ok. Considering 3 Ladies is in northern Kentucky by the airport would recommend giving it a try. read more

3.75 stars overall but I'm rounding up to 4 since the portions were very generous and we came back more than once and meals were enjoyable each time. Service is very friendly as well. Ambiance is usual for any casual Thai establishment. Our favorites are the shrimp spring rolls (with peanut sauce), Pad Thai, and basil chicken. These dishes are pretty consistent and they taste great. They don't seem to skimp with their proteins so I really appreciate that. The flavors are great on the Pad Thai, as with the basil chicken. These 3 dishes are our go-to every time. We also enjoy the fried rice. However, sometimes we also get the pad see ew, especially when I'm wanting a bit more veggies than the noodle-heavier pad thai as well as when I'm in more of a savory (rather than sweet) mood. The first time we got it, it was great. The second time, the flavors were still great but the noodles were the wrong type (I wondered if they ran out of the thicker rice noodles) and they used the thinner ones that were basically Pad Thai noodle thickness but about 2x the width. The flavor was still great but the texture that was missing from the usual noodles that is supposed to be used for this dish missed the mark as a whole. We also get pho typically but the meat is a bit drier than we'd prefer and the soup is too salty but we just water it down with some hot water and it's ok. All in all, since the shrimp rolls, basil chicken and pad Thai are solid 4s and the pad see ew still has good flavors, the pho brings my numerical rating down to 3.75. Still really enjoy this place and will continue to come back for a filling Thai meal with leftovers for the next day. read more

I took my food to-go. There's plenty of parking in the lot. The flaming fire wings are SO GOOD!! GET IT. You will not be disappointed. The heat on it is perfect, not too spicy. The wings are crispy and drenched in the delicious sauce. I also ordered pad see ew with chicken. I was left disappointed because it lacked in flavor. Wonton soup was excellent. Chicken Fried Rice was average. Pot Stickers were average and the dipping sauce tasted like soy sauce from a bottle. Orange chicken average at best. Blown away by the pad Thai. It was unlike anything I had ever tried. Most places have dried out noodles and their version was more saucy and tasted amazing. Won ton soup - yessssss pls! I feel like the won ton is made fresh everyday bc I ordered a couple of these each day and that first bite is super delish. It's really good, especially when it's cold outside. Pho - I've tried shrimp and beef, ordered thru door dash and it's not so different from other Pho places I've tried. I do love the broth and wish I can skip on the noodles and order broth only online. The beef is already cooked which I don't like. Usually the beef is thin enough when placed in the broth, it'll cook it but I'm in Kentucky, not Hawaii. Shrimp size is perfect and they provide a nice amount. We stopped in for dinner, having had the Pho before we were excited to have some. We found two tables of approx. 6 people and another with a couple. They had one waitress working the entire restaurant. Suffice it to say we ordered two bowls of Pho and veggie rolls. The rolls came out after approx. 30 minutes with an apology. After close the an hour we got up and left. Very disappointing noting dinner service. Don't know if we'll be back. But if we do it will be for lunch, hope my for better Came back the 2nd time for a early dinner had the fresh tofu spring rolls, sesame chicken and beef pho, great food great service! April 24, 2020 Where do I start. This week as we support a local restaurant during the recent "lock down" we thought we would give this place another opportunity. To date the food and service has been inconsistent. We ordered Beef Lo Mein, chicken egg rolls, Crab Rangoons and veggie spring roles. After paying the tab, over $35 dollars we found that our order of spring rolls was doubled explains the bill. The beef Lo Mein was terrible. Aside from some strange tasting sauce, they add mushrooms, carrots and why I hope was eggs, I couldn't eat it. If it wasn't so far I would have taken the entire order back instead of throwing it out. This was the last draw for these folks, never again. 1 out of four visits have been very disappointing. Shame on me read more

I'm so happy to enjoy some thai food! I was in Florence getting my oil changed and looked for something good in town. This restaurant had great reviews and I'm glad I visited. I ordered the Tom Ka, fried tofu with peanut sauce, and the panang curry to go for later. All of the food was great. I wondered if their spicy level medium would be too mild but it was perfect. I took one star away because I thought the service could have been better since I didn't have my water filled once in the hour plus I was there yntil I was ready to leave and asked for it, but no big deal.
