First and foremost the medium is no joke HOT. Anyone can make something hot. But the flavor of the hotness is world class. Whatever they do, (brine whatever) the flavor is deep in the meat, including the breast. Absolutely fantastic. My only advice is if you find a raw jalapeno to hot, go one level down in spice. They also brought some fresh bread - I could eat that bread for days. So freaking good. Their lamb and chicken were so flavorful and tender, the meat was just falling off the bone. Very soft, rich in taste, and massive portion. I don't think I had better lamb before, and I've been to a good number of Middle Eastern restaurants in the U.S. And prices are reasonable.
