The customer service was trash. I came in with my family and the girl was already wrapping everything up as if they were already closed. The young girl just stood there and we asked if they were closed. She said yeah we close in 20 min. All the spoons were already taken to the back so we couldn't get toppings for the frozen yogurt and when we asked for spoons she stood there and the other girl got 2 spoons. They expected us to use the spoons they gathered in a container without a care for cross contamination. The customer service was not welcoming and they were lazy. I understand if you are closing soon, but if you're shutting down the frozen yogurt section at least put a sign or something telling customers that that section closes sooner than the rest of the establishment. This is most incredible smoothie and ice cream shop anywhere! You can also buy "siomai" there which are like dumplings, but with more love. :) You can't beat Fruitland in Wasilla. I came to fruit land on the recommendation of a friend. When I came in, there were only two flavors; cheesecake and vanilla. I decided I'd try to get the cheesecake. It was out. When I asked the young lady behind the counter if she could refill the cheesecake flavor, she said only the owners could fill the machines and they left a while ago. Do Not Use Fruit Land In Wasilla Gift Card Fraud Fruit Land Fresh #6 in Wasilla at 1871 E. Parks Hwy Wasilla. I had bought gift cards for family members for Christmas and went to use one of the cards this past weekend. They refuse to accept the gift cards that were sold to me. The workers there said the place was under new management and they do not accept gift cards from the prior owners. The new owners names are Randy and Maribeth Warnke, Randy said that the old owners David and Amelia Green aka on Facebook as "Amy n David Green" had ran off with my money from the gift cards. I spoke with David on the phone about this matter and he said that everything transferred with the sell of the business. He was less than cordial over the phone. Both Randy Warnke and David Green said that we will see you in court versus making the situation right. Randy stated that he changed the business name from Fruit Land Fresh #6 to Fruit Land Fresh Wasilla. Yet the phone number has stayed the same and all of the assets transferred. If anyone knows how to tag any of these parties onto this post you are more than welcome to. I do believe that one of the 4 people owe me money for the non usable gift cards. If anyone else has gift cards with them and wants to seek legal action feel free to send me a message. After how they treated me over the phone i will be seeking legal action unless one of them steps up and makes the situation right. It's the only smoothie place that I've found, so of course it gets many stars for that. It's okay, and for a location like Wasilla Alaska, it's great. They allowed me to customize my own smoothie since their soy base had corn syrup as their first or second ingredient. They also made it clear that I wouldn't get a refund if it wasn't tasty, since I was making my own concoction which was fair. read more

Fruitland is a fun, healthy option and the only good smoothie place in the valley!! They have lots of options to customize to every customer. I love the strawberry banana pineapple with boba and a multivitamin but the Bee Buster is also amazing! This place is amazing!! Anytime we are in town i like to go to Fruitland. I like to get a Strawberry Banana smootie with whip. Always correct! I hate coffee shop strawberry banana's smoothies, they always give me a head ache and it sucks. But meanwhile the Fruitland smoothies never give me one and i awlays finish it. Yum for Fruitland! Tasty smoothies with all sorts of add-in's. They serve them fast, but do agree they are a bit pricey.

I would love it if it were just like $1 or $2 cheaper per smoothie, but I LOVE their smoothies, especially the Avocado with the yogurt. It is amazingly delicious and I don't even like avocados lol. The employees are always friendly and fast. I really wish we had a Fruitland in Palmer for those of us who can't drive and don't ever get to Wasilla or Anchorage. My favorite part though is getting the Boba in the smoothies. It's just so fun to eat through the giant straws lol. read more
