Little Miller's is an icon of ice cream roadside stands along the Parks highway and has expanded to other locations in the Wasilla area. They have a limited app with some of their favorite items and all their locations and hours. We have been going to Miller's since the Parks Highway was constructed over 40 years ago. We used to stop to get ice cream for our children and of course my wife and I all summer long. Now that we live in Wasilla we even go now that our children are adults with their own children. They also stop frequently traveling the highway. They have limited sandwiches and bakery items, along with coffee and specialty drinks. Because we are seniors now a shake like trees in a high wind we request that they put our ice cream orders in tall plastic cups to prevent our wearing them. They happily do this without any additional cost just by asking. I would highly encourage any near their locations to stop and give them an opportunity to serve you their locally made ice cream. Friendly efficient service at a reasonable cost. They have limited parking and outside seating areas in summer but not recommended for winter with drive through windows only. Credits accepted but no military or senior discounts. read more

OMG!!!!!!!!!! The "small" cone was supposed to be 3 swirls and it was at least 3x that! I ordered vanilla raspberry swirl with chocolate coating. The ice cream was so smooth, creamy, and flavorful. There were raspberry seeds in the raspberry ice cream and it tasted super fresh and authentic (not artificial at all). The chocolate dip was thick and smooth. This cute little drive-through has soft serve ice cream in different flavors. They have vanilla and chocolate twist cones. Also, they have a vanilla based twist with daily flavors. All the Little Millers have awesome customer service and yummy treats! They are a family owned local favorite, especially in Wasilla. They aren't super fast, but worth the wait. They have ice cream, hot dogs, pretzels, coffee/tea, and other things I didn't read on the menu. Since they're just opening up in the spring after hibernation, the workers seem a bit flighty and unsure of themselves... But they pick right back up after a bit of being open. My favorite is the flavor burst cones. Mango or Butterscotch is the way to go. Typically they're pretty generous with the ice cream but sometimes your serving is smaller than some... But then they make up for it the next time you hit the drive thru. Support the local small businesses and get a treat for the drive home! read more

We used to look forward to stopping at Millers Ice Cream as children. It was a treat and so good. I couldn't believe how terrible a simple cone could taste. Not creamy or chocolaty.
