I used to work at Starbucks and I'm very particular about my coffee, and usually very hesitant to try someone new. I was very pleased to hear the barista aerating the milk, not just heating it up with the steam wand. It made for a delicious, flavorful white mocha. Many people don't realize you have to aerate the milk to add sweetness and body, and just heating with the wand leaves a flat milk that makes the coffee taste bitter. I'm all around impressed with the personalities and the delicious coffee and the reasonable pricing, and it's a double bonus that they use organic products! Today we'll try a smoothie. This is now my favorite go-to for coffee!

While I don't prefer regular Red Bull, I am a fan of their flavored versions, and this gave me the opportunity to customize it with my favorite: passion fruit! So, it's safe to say the passion fruit Red Bull Italian soda I ordered was fantastic! Not too sweet, perfect amount of flavor & just enough ice to keep it cold but not watered down. One suggestion I have for this business- place a menu large enough to read outside the stand near the drive-thru queue!!! There is literally no way to see what the options are before you get to the window. Which, in turn makes the wait a lot longer when you have to study the menu after getting to the window to decide. We wanted to have our order decided before getting to the window to speed things up a bit. It would significantly help both the customers & baristas. We literally don't have coffee stands like this in the Phoenix area. One thing I really miss about Alaska. It was great to have the opportunity to visit a few times while in town again.
