I was very pleased to hear the barista aerating the milk, not just heating it up with the steam wand. It made for a delicious, flavorful white mocha. Many people don't realize you have to aerate the milk to add sweetness and body, and just heating with the wand leaves a flat milk that makes the coffee taste bitter. I'm all around impressed with the personalities and the delicious coffee and the reasonable pricing, and it's a double bonus that they use organic products! Today we'll try a smoothie.
