Wow, this fruit stand was busyyyyy and I totally can see why. The drinks were made from real fruit and they did not get stingy in putting nice amounts of watermelon chunks in the drink. Also, the prices were also extremely fair and I was shocked. Expect the wait to be a little bit due to them making everything as you order. My only complaint is that there were a bit of homeless people near by and one of the persons came up to us begging and was very aggressively persistent when we said no. I've been going to this frutería forever. I think the little window is a typical way of preferring fruit cups in Mexico and that tradition has carried over to San Antonio as well. I'm not a fan of the corn cup in general , but the few spoonfuls I had from Los Trejo was excellent. I just can't do a whole cup. The fruit cups are very abundant and always perfect. Food is good and they take credit cards but lack of seating and sketchy location makes it 4/5 stars. Service was quick and friendly. I came around 6:30 pm and we were the only ones there. We loitered around one of the Windows thinking someone would come by but we observed someone who appeared to be a regular walk up to a different window. I guess since it wasn't busy there was no need for both windows to be open. We ordered and waited mere minutes while our shaved ices were made. The location is a little sketchy for sure. I've been here a couple times and never had an issue. The menu is predominantly in Spanish, but you can get by easily enough. There's a door located in between each window, but that leads to the kitchen and is locked. You just order at the windows lol. I watched as people kept trying to get inside. I tried a few items-- their corn in the cup, or elotes esquites, was good. The corn was fresh and hot, but once you get to the bottom, it's all crema. It's topped heavily with chili powder and cheese, which I absolutely loved. I also tried their fruit cups. They precut fruit but it doesn't have the taste like it's been sitting out for hours long. The last thing I've tried was their Cheetos with nacho cheese. They cut up a bag of Cheetos and put nacho cheese in it. My only complaint was that the nacho cheese to Cheeto ratio was incredibly heavy on the cheese side. I added a tip before-- but the address on the page was incorrect . Essentially, it's just up the road about 1-2 miles from the address located on its yelp page. Go to the second light and it'll be on your right. You can't miss it! Hands down the best fruiteria here in San Antonio. It's a family, friends, kids, and I believe pet friendly. They have goodies for the whole family from there taste mangonada's, real fruit popsicles, corn in a cup, juice bar, fresh fruit, ice cream, sodas, and shaved ice. Can't go wrong with any of those delicious items. The staff does their job very well, and they always get your order out immediately, so even if theres a long line, don't leave! Its worth the wait, which isn't considered a wait anytime I went there.
