Interesting, because I've been to this location before and was never told that, and other Tropical Smoothie locations have taken my order right at the counter without issue. What should have happened here is simple: tell the customers who came in after me that I was next, take my order, and apologize for the wait. Instead, I was ignored, skipped, and then made to feel like the inconvenience. Basic customer service shouldn't be this hard. I won't be back to this location.

I believe the way this business handled the pandemic is one of the worst ways a business could've gone about protecting their staff. They treat them with no dignity or self respect.
