Where All The Tropical Magic Happens!!

It's Always Tropic O'clockic as far as me and my tastebuds are concerned Lol. We've always been huge fans of this excellent chain so much so that whenever I see one popping up somewhere I know I gotta check 'em out. And I'm super stoked to report that this one here next to ShopRite is a super solid location. First time here I grabbed up a Thai Chicken Wrap that was incredibly delicious with a nice amount of flavorful spice to it and also offered a great deal of tender juicy protein in it. Plus I picked up a bag of crispy Harvest Cheddar Sun Chips in order to keep my tasy Wrap company and I couldn't have asked for a better Lunchtime Munchtime Meal. Service here is friendly, fast, and efficient as Haley C. did an awesome job of hooking me up with my delicious order. And it doesn't get any better than that. Come And Get Your Munch On!!

Dear Yelp, I'm so happy this location opened. Workers were super friendly. Whoever drew this on my cup is a gem and made my day. I ordered through the app and my items were ready when I walked in. The young employee had an enthusiastic smile on his face as he handed me my bag. Smoothie was delicious and my wrap was awesome! Love, Nicole

I was hesitant on trying Tropical Smoothie Cafe... now I can't go without it. If you're ever looking for a healthy snack to fulfil your sweet tooth, this is the place to go. All of their smoothies come with a generous amount and at an affordable price. Their breakfast is served all day, and the have a huge selection of high-protein wraps. Please open up more locations in New Jersey! I love it here!

SANTA FE CHICKEN 'DILLA & BAHAMA MAMA- smoothie

Decided to try this place since I was looking at Apple Maps for a place to eat lunch. Looks like they just opened this location. Very nice and clean inside. Food was ready promptly. The Santa Fe Quesadilla had a really good flavor, the side sauce was good too with a bit of spice. Smoothie was fresh too, got the Bahama mama without added sugar and it was excellent in sweetness. Very refreshing. Good they include a bag of chips with the quesadilla because it is small for the price but with the addition of chips, it balances it out. Overall, pleased with my experience.

Lunch panic averted -- and what a find!…read more I didn't bring lunch to work and was deep in the "what am I going to eat?" struggle when The Great Wazu popped up in my search. I'll admit, seeing that it was primarily a sandwich shop made me hesitate since I need gluten-free options. But I was thrilled to see they offer gluten-free bread -- and even more relieved when I spoke to the incredibly kind server who walked me through their celiac protocol. As someone who worries about cross-contamination, that conversation alone put me at ease. I originally planned to grab something quick and rush back to work, but I was pleasantly surprised by how spacious the place is. For a strip mall location in Parsippany, there's actually plenty of seating, and the atmosphere feels welcoming and comfortable. Bonus: tons of parking, which is always appreciated. The menu has so many tempting options -- sandwiches, wraps, salads, chips, sweet treats, and beverages. Once I saw they had gluten-free bread, I may have gotten a little carried away and ordered two sandwiches: the Walnut Cranberry Chicken Salad and the Italiano. No regrets! Both were generously portioned and packed with flavor. I was especially impressed that they use four slices of gluten-free bread per sandwich -- which is thoughtful since GF slices tend to be smaller. For the price, that extra effort really stood out. I also grabbed a side of coleslaw and their homemade potato salad -- both fresh, flavorful, and the perfect complement to the sandwiches. Friendly service, great gluten-free awareness, generous portions, and lots of variety -- I'm so glad I found this spot. I'll absolutely be back to work my way through more of the menu.

We were greeted ebulliently by the very nice server, and the service was great throughout the meal, with two servers and the chef or manager (both?) checking on us. There is an extensive menu, from which I chose the Jersey Carbonara and my dining partner had the Shrimp and Pancetta Risotto. Both entrees were delicious and filling, The restaurant bakes delicious bread, which is light and fluffy and somehow tastes vaguely cheesy also. We rounded off our meal with what I hope was a decaf capuccino--one of the smoothest coffee drinks I've had the pleasure to sample--and a truffle with two kinds of ice cream and a little jujube inside. 10/10 would eat there again.
