Ordered a $12 kids meal that clearly says it comes with fries and a drink on the board only to be told the meal didn't include a drink despite it saying clear as day that it was on the menu. Had a severely disappointed child and had to buy a drink elsewhere afterwards because it left a bad mark on their service for me. Won't be supporting them in the future. Words cannot describe how horrible the lettuce on my Wife's salad from the "Fry Me To The Moon" food truck. It was very discolored brown, white/yellow. It clearly serves as a cautionary tale for produce handling and shelf-life awareness. It was so bad that my Wife wanted to return it to the truck and ask them if they would be willing to eat it! Just like the name would lead you to believe, the menu is full of fried options-if you're looking for a diet friendly salad, you might need to move on. But if you're here for a bit of chicken and fries or tasty donuts, give it a try. The folks in the truck are friendly and work hard to keep up with all the orders. I really liked the chicken fingers and fries, although the churros were a little hard for my liking. Highly disappointed from the cost and just the quality of food it's basic frozen food that's fried but not in the best way I got corndog meal and mozzarella sticks the mozzarella sticks was not completl melted. The phrase just weren't that crispy and neither was a the corn dog it's a basic corn dog from the frozen food aisle that they fried for paying over $20. I wished I'd have read other reviews before wasting my money tonight. Went to Bountiful Food Truck Friday tonight and got a Navajo Taco. It was a little bigger than a donut. The fry bread was not freshly made. I swear I saw her put meat on it but couldn't find it. There were meat juices though, which made the bread soggy. $14 later I was filled with regret but still hungry. They need to stick with donuts. read more

We had a neighborhood porch party and somebody invited this Food Truck to come bring some deliciousness. Everyone has been notably cooped up (pandemic time) and it was good to get some sunshine and great, fried food!!! The staff was overwhelmed. It was BUSY and the line was at least 50 long when we got there. They moved through it quickly and everyone was very patient. Super glad we got to support a local business and that they could feed us. Here's what we had: Smothered Tots - I opted for the lime/cilantro chicken and it was pretty "meh". Not a ton of flavor from the chicken, and only a few jalapenos for toppings. I think they were running low and should have probably taken this off the menu for the night. The only real redemption was a ton of cheese and some sour cream to add some flavor. The D Dog- Now we're getting somewhere. Take a jalapeno dog, put some cream cheese on it and deep fry it in a wonton wrapper. Serve with an Asian sauce and this was a HUGE winner for me. Smothered Nachos - Wife opted for the sweet pork nachos and they were amazing. Great chips (thick and crunchy) and not shy with the toppings. She only shared one bite so I knew she loved them. Chicken Fingers - For the kids. Not bad. Not great. Everything you would expect in Chicken Fingers. Donuts - Look, this was the hit. The mini donuts are Godly and I'm pretty sure I could have just eaten 1000 of them and been happy. No trip to this truck should ever be complete without an order of these. 1st time to try this at the Murray Food truck League!!! I first saw a line at this food truck so I figured there was something good there. I saw there menu and instantly knew why there was a line!!. I ordered the loaded tots, these fully-loaded tots come with cheese, bacon or sweet pork, jalapeño and sour cream, you can substitute the meat so I got chicken and chili no jalapeños. This is exactly how you would make it at home and was so good. I ordered a full order of their world famous donuts. The donuts I ordered came warm and were super soft and sooo delicious!! Not to sweet, it had a light glaze on it and that's all it needed. I honestly love this food truck simply because it's comfort food you never go wrong when it comes to comfort food and just what I needed, it definitely hit the spot. read more

When they put the word "Fry" in their title, you know where you're headed: To High Fat and Calorie Town. I love the variety. Most food trucks have maybe 5-10 items in a narrow area of cuisine. FMTTMhas a lot more items in a whole bunch of different areas of cuisine: Navajo Tacos, fish & chips, donuts (everyone gets a free donut!), fried chicken, salads, mozzarella sticks, scones, corn dogs, fries, onion rings, and loaded nachos. Sure, there are some fast food restaurants with that variety, but they have big storage rooms ... that's A LOT to pack inside a truck. As for the taste, it's A-OK. Their donuts are ... donuts ... not bad, but nothing to write home about. The corn dogs are good ... but considering the Dynamite Dog is a hickory bacon hot dog, with Jalapeño cream cheese, deep fried in a wonton wrapper, and served with sweet Thai chili dipping sauce, there is a stunning lack of rich or intermingling flavors. I don't feel I've been fried all the way to the Moon. Maybe to the top of the Empire State Building, but not to the Moon! read more

The free donut when ordering is a fun and delicious gimmick to get people to come over and look at your menu. I got the loaded tots with bacon. They were pretty good with sour cream and jalepenos, but I think it definitely needed some salsa or ranch dressing over the top to really make me want to be a repeat customer. That being said it was still good and I would have give 4 stars if the tater tots were not overcooked. read more

Kudos to Fry Me To The Moon for working the donuts sampling at the Gateway Breweries and Food Trucks event and using them to jones for extra votes for "best truck". It did sell my son into ordering a pulled pork Navajo taco. Service was friendly and prompt, but I wasn't impressed at all with the food itself. Average flavor and small portion for $10. Who knows whether I would try them again -- maybe for a not-high-expectations pub grub item like loaded tots, but probably not for the fish and chips. read more

Bad service!!! Food just okay! First and last time, kind of dirty and too greasy, no to much option abut beverages

I would say this good truck is just ok. Nothing was bad, but nothing was special either. It also took a very long time to get our food.

First, our fried food was warm at best and fries were cold and limp. You would expect piping hot fried food. Second, the drinks were warm. Some Shasta soda was dumped in a small cooler with no ice, same for the water bottles. For serving overpriced simple food I don't want a cheap generic soda with it. My cheap cooler is bigger than the two small ones they had, they didn't take any initiative to prep the drinks to be cold. Overall the food was just meh overpriced food. We should have waited and gone to Arby's or Wendy's. Finally, on the side of their truck is says "Home of the free doughnut", I don't know how to get this doughnut but after spending $25 for 2 not so good meals we would have got a doughnut. Maybe it was better not to get one. Don't waste your money here. read more
