Selection is what it is. It's almost like in CG they have grocery stores that are smaller scale and do better than Frys. Where they excel in copa, they seem to just be middle of the road here in upkeep, store layout and other factors. It's ok for us because it's close by but not my weekly shopping spot. We like Fry's! We stopped in for some adult beverages. The prices were very fair compared to what we see in OH. And if you buy 6 or more bottles of wine, it's 10% off. No changing station in the men's room but there is one in the women's room. It's extremely disheartening to be turned away for that reason.

Long story short, customer service was very poor, the bagger and the cashier got into a argument about how big mine "load" was yelling at each other, and making me feel way uncomfortable with a lot of other customers looking at me now then cashier makes two comments. This is for all month, right and then throwing the groceries for the bagger to bag them. I had to carry two bags and push the cart with groceries falling out of it, but the bagger been doing this for five years. when I had the groceries all fitting in 1 cart I will never go to this fry's again this is the second time it is happen I will drive across town just to not have to go to this frys!!! read more

So tired of this store's lack of shopping carts. It's an every day situation. Last 9 out of 10 times I've been there I haven't found a cart anywhere except a few broken down ones way out in the parking lot. Had an online order that said it would be ready by 5:00 pm. Pulled up at 5:05 and checked in with my parking space number on the app. At 5:35, there was still no sign of my order (or for the other 4 cars waiting), so we called. The person that answered said they hadn't even started to pull the order so to come back in an hour and a half. We asked for a refund instead and are still waiting to get that credited back to us. How hard would it have been to call me or send someone out real quick to let me and the other cars waiting they were backed up? This store will not be getting my business anymore. read more

One of the most reasonable places to shop for groceries in the Casa a Grande area. You need to watch the flyers and get a VIP card. Seniors get an extra 10% discount on Wednesday's, but they won't offer if you don't ask. read more

This Fry's has employees wearing masks to protect customers but none seem to be wearing them correctly, all employees I saw had their noses uncovered. Talking to the manager elicited the response that I should not tell him how to do his job. If you are older or have a covid19 concern AVOID THIS STORE I do not believe they have my best interest at heart. My husband and I have shopped at Fry's for the past ten years. We live and own two homes sites at Palm Creek 1110 N Henness Rd 85122. We went to rent a rug cleaner and were denied. The reason was that we didn't have an Arizona drivers license. We are full time RVers and live in Casa Grande for 6 months each year. We support the restaurants, stores, and businesses while here in Casa Grande and I work in Casa Grande. The person helping us said our zip code wasn't valid even though we receive mail at this location. This was like a slap in the face. There was no compromise offered I will NOT be shopping at your store because we are apparently not good enough for your store. read more

I'm finished with this Fry's store. They are now closing their customer service counter because they're short staffed yet their prices are notoriously wrong and I get overcharged alot. Out of luck for a correction. And most of the time I have to find a cart in the parking lot. The manager was arrogant and no help. It's a world wide problem he says. For the love of fresh produce, PLEASE teach your employees how to properly bag groceries! I do my best to be a considerate customer and put my items on the conveyor belt in a proper order- canned goods/heavy durable items first, fresh produce and bread last. And still they managed to put a bottle of wine on top of my bananas today! Mangoes on the bottom of an extremely full bag with condiments stacked up around them... This is not the first time this has happened, but one of many times. I would rather bag my own groceries at this point. Please please please review your training standards and periodically review on-the-job performance so that your customers can return home with non-bruised, smashes, or otherwise damaged goods. read more

I like to come to the Fry's here in the middle of Casa Grande, the one on Florence Boulevard. I shop there for groceries from time to time, but I always come to the fuel station to get my cigarettes, and gas. I mostly come in the morning, and there's a guy named Eli who works here, and he is just the most courteous worker ever. He always has been polite, and as I started coming more often, we have small Pleasant conversations. He's very very nice and sweet. read more

I have been shopping at this Fry's since 2007, and this is my opinion. Extremely varied selection of food staples, including a very large organic section of it's own. Meat is fresh and well stocked, fruit and veggies fresh and a lot of it produced locally. Prices are good, with the weekly sales prices extremely good. Store is very clean, well run, and the employees professional. Really, one could not ask for anything more in a grocery, it has it all and does it all, it's a store that tries. read more

The pickup for free during pandemic is a lifesaver. I only dislike the crowded aisles b since I order online it doesn't matter any longer.The other day I was looking for red taper candles for Christmas and I searched every store online and the best price was Fry's I couldn't believe it. And I mean the price was a lot less the difference was like a $52 $ at other stores for one and I think Fry's was $.70. I don't know how to do it but there still a great store. read more

Tried out the delivery service for my weekly grocery needs. What a disaster. The time slot I was given was 4 days away which was ok due to the present problems but needed the food sooner. When the time came for the delivery which was between 5 and 6 pm no one showed up. Went onto the site after 6pm and it showed the order was delivered! what?. Some time later I received a series of text messages that showed cancellations of parts of my order as the order was being processed! What? and after 7pm was texted the order was on its way. By 9pm I cancel the order due to the perishable items but no one answered my text messages or responded on the site. Around 10pm a run down sedan with California license plates came up with what looked to a couple of people they took off the street to make the delivery. It was now 3 hours after I was texted the food was on its way from a store that is just down the street (about 1 mile). I informed the driver I had cancelled the order and he said ok and drove off. My assumption is that he just kept on going and never returned the food to the store as no one has returned my emails or responded to the fact that the food was returned. When calling the phone number given to handle complaints I was met with a 1 hour wait and the joy of talking with a representative that told me I needed to raise this problem with the delivery company. I then had a rather interesting discussion with this person about the fact that I did not hire a delivery company and was not informed Frys had and if they did it was Frys problem. At that point I was told I needed to speak with someone else and was disconnected. I will try again to have the company refund my payment. If not I will raise the issue with the credit card company. They usually side with people when companies are so unresponsive. Good luck in this difficult time and go somewhere else for your food needs. read more

I have lived in the area for a while now and I only stop at this store if I have to. I will drive to the other side of town just to shop and the Fry's Marketplace. This store on Florence is to busy and most of the times dirty. Customer service is null and void. Most of the cashiers are overwork and very short staffed. I called to pick up Turkey dinner as I was down there to visit my elderly parents. I was told they had sold out on their regular dinners so I had to buy the "Deluxe" dinner for an extra $30.00. The turkey (Cajun) was awful (terribly salty) and we threw out more than half of it. They rest of the meal was acceptable but I will buy from Safeway on my next visit. read more

I went to this store to get groceries today. No one was working in the produce section so I went to the storage doors to ask for help. One guy was unloading a truck but he didn't work for Frys but said the guy would be out in a minute. Russell came out and instead of answering my question he just started berating me for being in the back. When I told him that no one was out there to help me he just continued berating me while following me back to my cart. He didn't stop until I said forget it and started walking out. I left my filled cart there and went straight to Customer Service and filed a complaint with Joey. No action there. I will never step foot in this store again. read more
