Purchased some groceries, clipped the digital coupons, waited in a very long slow line as I will not self checkout, I prefer to create jobs. I noticed the customer infront of me had some issues and the cashier needed to call a manager. I'm up next and notice the sale prices are not registering and as I point it out to the cashier, he could care less and made no effort to correct so I paid, figured I'd call the store, I had already waited FOREVER. I call immediately as I'm pulling out and the customer service manager made up so many excuses, look, I just wanted to find out why this happened, tell them the new guy needs lots of help and I want my money back when I can get back to the store. The 'manager' wasn't kind, didn't care, expected me to work on her timeframe for when I could bring the receipt in. Absolutely zero accountability and zero customer service. Yet they took my money, messed up my purchase amount, made up excuses... somethings very wrong when my money helps keep you all employed and you don't provide any solutions. When picking up any prescription make sure your phone is ready to record just incase you get verbally assaulted for no reason what so ever by a person who work's in the Pharmacy named Savanah. She continued to yell at me infront of her manager, other employees and customers. I reported her childish behavior to the Fry's Manager but I just don't understand how someone can't control their professionalism while on the clock. Hey - new things usually have a few hiccups - I find I like the wide aisles thank you very much I have no need to go buy underwear at the same place I buy my food but ... sometimes people need to have something extra. I have not had any problems at all with employees and each time I've been here the place seems to be clean and well stocked The comments must have been from first customers - store very likely has many new employees - bless their hearts, new employees have to start somewhere without precise knowledge so folks need to chill. read more

PHARMACY is the Absolute worst. Do not fill here. They constantly give INCORRECT different dates and times to pickup - but are NEVER ready when they say they are. Always ends up in wait times at the store even when they call and say IT IS READY! Completely absurd. Will never recommend this place. read more

I went for the second time and l use the go sprouts. I went because a friend said one-shopping everything. But the service is bed. I ask Shopping plastic double bags but he did not listen. As I was going shopping to the from garge to kitchen,so everything was rolling on the kitchen floor and it was crazy and stressful. Once again, rudeness seems to be a trend here. The Hispanic lady at the balloon/flower counter was extremely rude to me and I watched her be rude to an elderly man that was simply asking for a price on a balloon. I was getting balloons for my sons 1st birthday. She told me to not get too many because she doesn't have the time to help me because of Valentine's Day. Are you kidding me? I have been shopping at this Fry's for months and it's the worst I've ever been to as far as service goes. At this point I will go to the self checkout with $200 worth of groceries to avoid being spoken to by anyone who works here. Once when I went through a checkout lane the cashier (an older woman, I don't know her name) leaned in to my face while I was paying and said "you just got your EBT funds, didn't you?" I didn't. I'm not on EBT, but if even I was I think it's a terrible move to make somebody feel bad for that, and they've tried to make me feel bad for looking like a "poor person" so many times by commenting on my grocery choices and accusing me of having kids, which is just so weird? I'm 19. And it's always with an attacking tone, never friendly or sarcastic (which would still be annoying, but much less hurtful). With this, the pharmacy never has any of my prescriptions. A lot of this is out of their control but it took fifty minutes for them to let me know today that they didn't have the prescriptions I need. Meanwhile, the deli is shouting out the orders they have ready every other minute. I don't know why the pharmacy wouldn't be able to notify as effectively as the Deli of all places. This place sucks and I'm sad that it's the closest one to me. read more

The Pharmacy at this location has the worst customer service I've ever seen from a pharmacy. Prescriptions are NEVER ready and now I have to call to see if they even got my prescription otherwise they will never notify me about it. This is one of the best store I've ever been to every time I come there they have everything I need except for the stuff that's been discontinued I really wish that they would get the Melissa's raspberry dessert sauce back and the watermelon mint smart water I don't know why they carry all the other waters except for that one yes it was one of the biggest sellers all the rest of them are slow sellers I wish they take one of the slowest ones off and put that back on but I also miss getting my chocolate outshine bars what's really funny is they carry the strawberry one and nobody hardly ever buys that one believe me I know I buy them all the time I used to get six boxes every two week other than that you have the greatest produce in a bright big selection which I love I go out of my way to come to that store I actually have 1 1/2 miles away from me but I'd rather go to that one!! One is because your strawberries are always more fresher and here is because your cucumbers are the best the small ones I wish I stop watering the cucumbers those small bags because all they do is get soggy within two days and they're no good if you keep them dry they last longer that's the way Sams Club does it I've been telling Frys for years to do that but they keep putting the water on them it doesn't make them any better and get some soggy but thank you I like the store I'll be there soon!! read more

Absolutely disgusted with how we were treated at this location. If I could give 0 stars, I would. My husband and I were coming in to exchange a shirt for a different size and look at pants since the other location was out this morning. We called for assistance and couldn't find anyone in the area, so one of us crawled under the door to try on the shirt. A few minutes go by, and an Apparel Lead comes and starts screaming and banging on the door saying we can't be in there and that she's gonna call the Manager if the door to the dressing room doesn't open within one minute. My husband changes his clothes and we come out to this Apparel Lead red in the face screaming and pointing at us. We apologized and explained that we were waiting and she kept talking over us and pointing. We showed her everything in our hands and explained we have an exchange at Guest Services. We put back the pants where they belonged since we didn't wanna spend our money there, and go up with the shirt to exchange it. Unfortunately our shirt didn't have a tag, so they had to call the Apparel Lead up to find a tag. She comes up and says, "I assume you have the receipt to do an exchange?" implying we stole the shirt we were exchanging, even though we gave it straight to Guest Services when we walked in. She brought the new tag back up and continued to quarrel with my husband, yelling and pointing at me as he continued to apologize but stand our ground. She said we are never allowed back in the Apparel section, but honestly we don't care; why would we want to be disrespected while we shop like that? Most companies would reprimand their associates for accusing clients the way she was, even though we admitted to opening the door and apologized to her. Can't believe she wasn't stopped and just continued to yell and point at us. read more

Had a previous good experience with this location and the customer service desk regarding a bag of marshmallows, but a very disappointing experience when I accidentally left a paid for Netflix giftcard in an empty grocery bag on the self checkout carousel. When I came back to inquire, the mgmt said there was nothing they could do (understandable) but wouldn't even look at the video to see if the person who checked out after me had used a Fry's card so they could be contacted by the store to ask if it was in their bag (excuse being that they could just say "no". That's true, but maybe they would be honest and say "yes" (even though they don't know how very many hours I have to work to afford that Netflix as one of the few things I can do for my chronically ill parent). Well, ok. But then when I asked to leave my name and number in case someone turned it in, the girl said she didn't have a pen, and when I did, seemed irritated that I did, and when I handed her the paper, she just left it open to the world on the counter. I asked her to please place it in the drawer out of sight, and she said sure and then left to do something else, so I proceeded to wait patiently and asked her again to please place it out of sight in the drawer and as she hesitated thinking I would leave, I looked her straight in the eye and stood there, at which time she put it in the drawer with an annoyed manner.
