Slimy, decomposing mushrooms for sale - gross!
Bill M.

I've lived in this area for ten years, and this Fry's store has been my go-to grocery store during that time. Currently, I'd say that I do 80% of my grocery shopping at this store - the rest would be from Wal Mart, and.....if I'm desperate.....Safeway. I get all my prescriptions here as well, and the pharmacy never disappoints. I love coming to this store. I am here five or more times per week. I know where everything is, I know many of the employees, and I am comfortable here. It's a grocery store. They're not perfect (see my pic of the mushrooms). But, overall, it's a good experience every time I shop. Elaine, in the self-checkout, is great. She is always friendly and talkative. She always has a smile, even if I don't. Also, checkers Denita and Robert are awesome as well! Not sure how much these folks get paid, but it probably isn't enough - they are one of the reasons why I continue to shop here. As the prices are reasonable, the store can be busy - and crowded. Sometimes I feel like I'm competing to shop with other customers, as well as with the click-list pickers - the aisles are narrow! Oh, well - it is what it is. I like the quarterly coupons that are sent out, and I love the "weekly specials" section! I'm always excited to shop here, because I never know what kinds of markdowns I'll find. My only real complaints are that the parking lot can be messy - I always see trash on the ground. Also, the store manager always looks stressed out. I never see him smiling. A solid 4-stars with a five star potential. Thanks, Fry's.

Rotten

Truly a very poorly run store with an even worse produce department. The carrots are rotten or rotten and limp, the cucumber is rotten and the celery is as poor an example as I have ever seen. The store and produce managers need to inspect the department closely! These are pictures of the produce I received in my pick up order today 1/13/2023 the picker should be ashamed for even supplying garbage like this.

Moldy Strawberries

Thanks for the moldy strawberries I guess? This was an online pickup order and the last time I purchase any produce here... I will be bringing these back and speaking with a manager tomorrow!

The rumor was true...and they had most of their staple teas and juice cocktail drinks to choose from! Being the first time in a WinCo store, I was impressed by the size of the place and the name-brand selections they carry for some items. The aisles were wide and easy to navigate. What was supposed to be a quick grab and go of beverages turned into 45 minutes of shopping for many items. They have fresh-cut meats and fresh-caught seafood in the back of the store. Their frozen food section was also quite large compared to standard grocery stores. They carry fresh produce as well! On the way out, there was a large sign saying this is an employee-owned company. That's pretty neat I'm not handing my money to a large faceless corporation, but to a consortium of employees. WinCo may become a once a month or once a quarter stop to restock some of our family favorites!

This store is huge and always very organized and clean. They really are the supermarket low price leader as their prices are so much lower than their competitors. They post price comparisons all over the store so you can see how much you're saving which is cool and very helpful. You have to bag your own groceries but it's not a big deal to me. My favorite thing about this store is their huge bulk section. They have everything you can imagine. I especially like buying spices here as there's a huge variety and I can buy exactly the amount I need and reduce waste. This store has excellent prices on vegetables and fruits too. I usually use their self checkout. It's very convenient and I'm in and out very quickly.

Including deli, produce, butcher, and some newer locations even have clothing options. The employees are usually very friendly, and the store are clean with typical "grocery store music playlists" . The best thing about Fry's is the fuel points that you're able to accumulate for cents off per gallon. Especially in this current economy, with fuel prices skyrocketed, every cent matters.

Usually I can reach things off the top shelves by myself, but today I asked a random passerby if he could grab the last 2 bags of tortilla chips for me. He was nice about it, and even got me the 2 in the back that were sitting too far back for me to get by myself. The first bag was all crumbled, so he left that on the side, lol. Thank you, kind sir, if you happen to see this review!! The chips are so damn good! I came here specifically for them, after a friend of mine had some and I ate a few. I also came for the Zero Sugar Dr. Pepper Cream Soda that she also had! I grabbed a pack of chicken legs because let's face it: while can pass up a $5 pack of chicken legs?? Just wait til you see what I do with them! It's gonna be goooood!! The store is clean and nicely laid out with wide aisles. Checking out was a breeze with their self-check out lanes. I did need assistance finding the code for the Einstein bagels, but the girl who helped me was friendly. I'll be back here again sooner or later. And... YAYYYY for not being charged for the plastic bags!! =)

I've been to my fair share of Walmart Supercenters, and I can honestly say this one is clean and organized. At least for my first visit it was. The employees are friendly and the clothing areas were not a hot mess like some others I've seen. I got everything on my list and more. The self checkout lines are usually long, so I went around the corner and found an empty lane. Score! I was in and out within an hour and I didn't have any issues whatsoever. I hope this Walmart stays clean for years to come. I'll probably stop in here from time to time when I come in from Phoenix. This is going to be your one stop shop if you need a bit of everything!

I explained what happened and the gentleman who handled it was very professional and explained the protocol. Which we completely understood. He calls over the manager and again she was understanding courteous and handled the situation perfectly. It was my fault 100%. But just listening and making it right saids a lot about the company and their training. Great job Walmart

For years, I've brought my elderly dog with me, who simply sits quietly in the cart. She does not bark, get up, bother customers, or cause any issues. She basically just lays there. Over the past 3-5 years, as the town has grown rapidly, this store has gone downhill fast. What used to feel like a normal, small town grocery trip now feels chaotic and stressful every single time. The store is always packed, customers are constantly cutting people off, not paying attention to where they're walking, and acting rude or disrespectful. Shopping here has become an awful experience. Today, after years of bringing my elderly dog in without a single issue, I was stopped immediately upon entrance and told to leave. I understand stores have policies they have to follow, but the way it happened felt cold and frustrating, especially after being a loyal customer for so long. This town used to have a more rural, neighborly feel, and this Fry's used to reflect that. Unfortunately, it no longer does. I'm extremely disappointed with how much this location has changed and how unpleasant shopping here has become.
