Stopped here because we were in the area. Just your typical Trader Joe's. Nothing special about this location. There were a lot of shoppers inside the store and it was difficult to get around the store at times. The checkout lines were very long and the checkers could not do 2 things at once. Multiple checkers talking to the customers and engaging in full blown personal conversations instead of scanning items and bagging to get the lines moving.

Trader Joe's in Queen Creek is officially open! I stopped in to participate in the opening day festivities and stock up on some of the limited fall items. I snagged a free Arizona themed reusable shopping bag and played a quick game to enter to win a store gift card. Overall very nice store. Tons of free parking at this location and I found the "crew members" friendly and inviting.

    These are my beautiful flowers

Today my husband took me to Trader Joe's for my first excursion out except for doctor visits in almost two months. I had a bad fall and experienced a skull fracture and concussion and brain bleeding and bruises and time in the hospital. So I was excited. What made it more special was the cashiers that took care of me. They were helpful and friendly and brought me a bouquet of flowers to brighten my day!. I was so surprised I forgot to get their names. I apologize. My transaction number is 39864. They are amazing!

I'm going to make the cutest little charcuterie board with their olive wood slice! They have tons of stuff for Thanksgiving dinner!

For years, I've brought my elderly dog with me, who simply sits quietly in the cart. She does not bark, get up, bother customers, or cause any issues. She basically just lays there. Over the past 3-5 years, as the town has grown rapidly, this store has gone downhill fast. What used to feel like a normal, small town grocery trip now feels chaotic and stressful every single time. The store is always packed, customers are constantly cutting people off, not paying attention to where they're walking, and acting rude or disrespectful. Shopping here has become an awful experience. Today, after years of bringing my elderly dog in without a single issue, I was stopped immediately upon entrance and told to leave. I understand stores have policies they have to follow, but the way it happened felt cold and frustrating, especially after being a loyal customer for so long. This town used to have a more rural, neighborly feel, and this Fry's used to reflect that. Unfortunately, it no longer does. I'm extremely disappointed with how much this location has changed and how unpleasant shopping here has become.

I noticed as I got out of my car a lot of trash on the street, which was scattered all the way to the front of the store. Displayed at the front of the store you will find, all sizes of pottery planters, scented holiday pine cones and outdoor furniture. Everything were placed nicely and out of the way. Once inside we headed directly to the floral area. Although along the way in the aisle I walked I grabbed a few things I could use. We reached the floral area. I was hoping to see more options but they were limited. Maybe the selection would have been better had I visited earlier in the day. I paid through self check out, which worked out great since I was crunched for time. I didn't have the chance to look throughout the store. I think I wouldn't mind coming back, plus it is very convenient.

Very disappointing how this Deli is managed and the quality or lack of customer care.

The rumor was true...and they had most of their staple teas and juice cocktail drinks to choose from! Being the first time in a WinCo store, I was impressed by the size of the place and the name-brand selections they carry for some items. The aisles were wide and easy to navigate. What was supposed to be a quick grab and go of beverages turned into 45 minutes of shopping for many items. They have fresh-cut meats and fresh-caught seafood in the back of the store. Their frozen food section was also quite large compared to standard grocery stores. They carry fresh produce as well! On the way out, there was a large sign saying this is an employee-owned company. That's pretty neat I'm not handing my money to a large faceless corporation, but to a consortium of employees. WinCo may become a once a month or once a quarter stop to restock some of our family favorites!

The staff doesn't just do their jobs, they do them with a level of patience and genuine kindness that you don't forget. Whether it's someone helping you find something or just a quick interaction at checkout, it never feels rushed or transactional. It feels human. There's a calm, helpful energy throughout the store. People seem willing to go the extra step without making it feel like a big deal, which is exactly what you want but rarely find. Also worth noting, the store runs efficiently. It's organized, things are easy to find, and the overall experience just works. But what really sets it apart is the people. That's the difference-maker here. You leave with your groceries, but you also leave with the impression that you were actually treated well. That's not common.

Your cashier, April, is in desperate need of retraining--or removal--from cashier duties altogether. I'm not sure if she's a manager or simply on a power trip, but her attitude at checkout was nothing short of disgraceful. I genuinely feel sorry for any employee who has to work alongside her. This morning, I came in with my one-year-old and my disabled, elderly mother, expecting the same kindness and efficiency I usually receive. Instead, I was met with April's sour expression and clear eagerness to rush me out of her line. Without so much as a word, she began throwing my groceries into a separate cart, completely disregarding the fact that I might want to keep the cart I was using. Every other cashier has been thoughtful enough to let me keep my cart, understanding my circumstances. But April couldn't spare the extra seconds it would've taken. In her haste, she managed to break my eggs and even nagged my disabled mother to hurry and hand over the cart, never once pausing to consider why she might be moving slower than most shoppers. Her behavior was rude, unkind, and thoughtless. Aldi, I urge you to reconsider April's position. She does not represent your values or your loyal customers well. After today, I'm seriously considering taking my business to the new WinCo closer to me instead of driving thirty minutes from South San Tan Valley to shop at your store.

Our antivirus software says the walmart photo site isn't safe to use. She was very proud of the work she did. She tried to proceed to checkout and the computer froze. No apology, no acknowledgement except to tell me wife "you should do it at home." My wife tells her about the website security concerns and the two hours spent on the project. Senior associate shrugs her shoulders. My wife speculates that she did it on purpose since the ohoto center was set to close soon. As my wife walks away almost in tears over the wasted time, effort and lack of empathy by "senior associate", senior associate is laughing. My wife's text to me: "I am really sad with how she handled it. She new when it warned it would lose the product it would disappear. And she acted like no big deal." Yes General Manager of the Queen Creek location and yes corporate, you can reach out to me to discuss.
