Their frozen food section was also quite large compared to standard grocery stores. They carry fresh produce as well! On the way out, there was a large sign saying this is an employee-owned company. That's pretty neat I'm not handing my money to a large faceless corporation, but to a consortium of employees. The coach told me it was state law to not take liquor returns. (Fake or miss information) Other grocery store are not following the law. The store is always packed, customers are constantly cutting people off, not paying attention to where they're walking, and acting rude or disrespectful. Shopping here has become an awful experience. Today, after years of bringing my elderly dog in without a single issue, I was stopped immediately upon entrance and told to leave. I understand stores have policies they have to follow, but the way it happened felt cold and frustrating, especially after being a loyal customer for so long. This town used to have a more rural, neighborly feel, and this Fry's used to reflect that. Unfortunately, it no longer does. I'm extremely disappointed with how much this location has changed and how unpleasant shopping here has become.
