We do large print jobs". I don't know if she thought about maybe making an exception that would cost her two minutes, but if she did, she didn't offer it. I left frustrated and felt dehumanized. To quote my arrogant server, I don't normally do this, but I am going to provide an additional review at no cost to Skyline by praising a company 2 miles away that not only printed my pages but refused to take any money. I am not sure, but I suspect Duck Press Media Solutions normally does large print jobs but did not hesitate to help me. I suggest for jobs large and small, that you go to Duck Press. PS I see the business owner boasts "no job too small". Might want to let your staff know this. and to the business owner with a quick response...nice job making excuses for training staff to be as arrogant as you obviously are, and apologizing for the way I felt rather than the way I was treated but you deserve this bad review big time. And don't tell me what I should be buying like you understand my situation in the slightest. You buy a printer. I got my pages printed by Duck Press. Disgraceful. Ever heard of being a good neighbor? Innovative signs gave us a bid that was thousands of dollars. When we asked for an explanation we were told that removing the old labels would be extremely labor intensive. We were skeptical at first but then Anton did something I would have never expected. He said that we could save thousands if we removed the labels ourselves or hired some neighborhood teens to do it AND he would personally come out to our subdivision and SHOW US HOW TO REMOVE THE LABELS using a blowtorch, plastic razor blades and denatured alcohol! This he actually did for us; and now we're going to do the removal ourselves and save money for the subdivision then order the labels from Innovative Signs. I should also add that Anton also gave us a choice of label types and spent almost an hour explaining their differences so that we could select the type that would last the longest and be the easiest to remove.
