When I came here every time I got great service I enjoyed the food and they were always great and prompt about making sure that you got what you needed. That's not what I wanted to discuss. I wanna discuss a member you've had coming here for quite some time. His name is John W Donald. He has some serious issues with T-Mobile. His oldest daughter Jessica has assault in multiple counties throughout the south. His youngest daughter Lauren, who has heart issues was a 20 year-old high school student who committed statutory rape at least once that I saw. Is this who you want around your kids there is this who you want a bowl next to him and his wife that makes fun of everybody with her British accent and seems so pious around everyone Victoria, Donald She likes to come there, loaded after playing bingo, and make fun of anybody who is overweight These are the type of people that bull hair. I don't recommend coming here unless they've stopped going. He was on a lovely team with a Girl Scout leader, a retired military guy and his lovely wife. He actually draws crosses that are beautiful, and then another guy that I really was full of, and I can't seem to remember his name. These were wonderful people that I enjoyed hanging out with while I was there because it meant I didn't have to hang out with my brother and sister-in-law I want you to know who goes there I don't want some 20-year-old hitting on your 16-year-old because a lot of of that happens at bowling alleys read more

What an absolute dump of a bowling alley. I drove 30 minutes (from Navarre) to try getting my ball drilled by the pro shop guy multiple times (CHUCK). After confirming with the front desk staff on the phone that I could swing by and get my ball drilled, CHUCK told me that he only does the process in one sitting and wont allow me to get measurements and drop the ball off. Cool Chuck, lets knock this out now, I got the time? Chuck proceeds to tell me that he is about to leave for the day and I could come by around 4:30 a few days later. It was 2pm on a Friday and I'm wondering why is he already leaving and not taking care of a willfully paying customer before heading out? Are they allergic to making money and potentially earning a customer? The staff appear to have no communication with each other because every time I showed up I got a different answer from what I was told on the phone before driving over. The pro shop guy is never available and even after I confirmed a scheduled appointment with him, he still ended up not being there after I drove by again after work. The customer service experience is below sub par for the quality of the establishment. Take the extra time and drive to literally any other bowling alley besides this one. read more

The lanes had almost no oil on them and were warped along the sides. The entire alley was dirty and poorly maintained. The "cosmic bowling" was disappointing, it was essentially just bowling in the dark with no actual glow effects. The lanes weren't lit, and the only light in the place came from the arcade games and the pins at the end of the lanes. Ive gone here multiple days to try and get a lane but because they "run leagues" so often they make it impossible for outsiders to play. It's an epidemic happening everywhere, places say they are open but will stop bowlers 3 hours before the league even starts. This place and many others disgust me. read more

Decent bowling alley...majority of arcade games out of service, but we were there to bowl. Came in late morning on spring break and told to come back in hour while leagues finished...retuned to only be over quoted an hour wait time with several lanes open & ladies leagues leaving. Waited it out, but only took 20 minutes to get a lane. Get the feeling they are not keen on vacationers. Oh well! We had fun! read more

The bowling is very expensive here. $7.75 per person for the game and the shoes and that was only for one game. They do not have any kids rates, the military discount takes .50¢ off of the game. The bar was shut down so no beer either. Hands down do not recommend. They upcharge the price of games because they lack the service and can not keep customers coming here. read more

My boyfriend and I have been coming here for a couple years now for date nights, and we have enjoyed the food and the atmosphere in the past. The only reason I'm here to leave two stars is because the majority of evenings the alley is only open to league bowlers sometimes until 10 pm. We tried to come bowl on a Friday night at about 7:30 pm, and we were told nothing would be available until 10 pm. It's unfortunate how impossible it is for the general public to get a lane on an evening, and there are leagues there the majority of the days out of the week as well. I'd rather drive the extra 30 minutes to Destin, seeing how they leave lanes open for the public to enjoy. We don't plan on returning as this happens nearly every time we try to come in and bowl :( read more

We wanted to celebrate a graduation today. Two lanes, 8 people. Employees scattered everywhere, but no one really wanted to help. The customer service was extremely poor. It has been a while since I've seen 5 people working behind a counter, ignoring their customers because they really didn't want to be there. Facial expressions are everything. The male who pretended to clean the tables accidentally walked into my daughter, trying out a bowling ball. He stopped to stare her down nasty without saying a word. What in the world is this dump? So we came to Ft Walton for a weekend vacation and decided to try bowling. When we first walked in everything seemed great. Really like how they were only letting one family per section so you were able to social distance.

We loved this place! Prices were responsible and food was really great. We call ahead to check lane availability, the lady that answer the phone was extremely nice. When we got there the bowling center was really busy, but the staff made us feel welcomed and they even put our names in for us when we had some trouble. We will be going back!! read more

I deadass don't know how tf they are open with the quality of food they serve here. I know it's a bowling place and all but damn this just shouldn't be allowed. First of all they messed up my pizza so they had to remake it and it took forever to bring it out and when they did it was the nastiest pizza I've ever seen, everything just slid off and it was about as thick as a tortilla. It was hands down the greasiest pizza I've ever tried to eat. And when i ordered tater tot the girl charged me 6 dollars when the price said 3.25 and instead of trying to refund me she said she'd just give me 2 orders instead. I only came here because it was closer to me but honestly I regret not taking the 30 minutes drive. I wouldn't recommend ever bowling here.
