Wanted to like this place so bad. And I'm not saying I might never come back, If they clean the place. But the TODDLER AREA. That's especially suppose to be cleaned, was sooo dirty. G this company makes millions I'm sure, lots of team members just sitting around. Hire someone to clean. Get new blocks in there. They look like they've all been chewed and it doesn't look like it's ever been cleaned in there if I'm being honest. The team member seem super clueless, and I called one day a couple times and never received an answer on the phone. I let one of the team members know I don't know if their phones are working because I couldn't get anyone to answer and he said "oh. ok" lol. They also have zero restrictions in the toddler area except for a sign that says no one above four. Lots of kids were running over my child. At the end of the day my daughter enjoyed it here but I didn't feel the most comfortable with how dirty it was. read more

This is a great time for kids to get out the house, run around and be active. Great for parties and guests. Lots of trampolines, games and different obstacles to mess around on. They also have some arcade games to play and other things to do. Definitely worth a shot if wanting to get out the house and can't be outside. read more

What the heck happened to this place? We used to genuinely enjoy coming here years ago. I took the kids this past weekend and I was even more disgusted than the last time I took them several months ago. The place was incredibly slow and based on the condition of facility, it makes sense. This place is absolutely filthy, poorly maintained (if maintained at all) and workers show no interest in cleaning up. Several handfuls of skittles were spilled all over the floor under the candy vending bin. I watched several workers walk by the massive mess several times over the course of two hours, not once making the slightest effort to clean up. The foam pits are a festering petri dish and so much of the equipment is broken. Incredibly sad - this town desperately needs indoor entertainment like this. Do better, Management! read more

Price has skyrocketed!!!!!! You have a chose of 1 1/2 hr at $17 or unlimited at $20. we intended to have the boys play for 1 hr but that is no longer an option. I will not be coming back, I can well imagine that attendance has severely decreased bc of the cost. There were only 10 kids (12 counting Ours) on a Saturday. The company/owners need to get a clew On today's economy. Maybe more people would come if it were affordable. Never would I do a birthday party here. Horrible experience today for my son's 5th birthday! We booked a party about 2 weeks ago and received a follow up phone call about 4 days ago to confirm our party reservations and never was it mentioned that they had NO AC! Come to find out, this was not an issue that had just started either- it had been this way for weeks! We had about 25 people come, including a 2 month old baby and an 86 year old woman. Several people left the party early because they couldn't handle the heat and others have gotten home and are feeling like they have heat exhaustion! I do need to say though, the employees were trying to do what they could but there was just not much they could do, and they were very hot as well! I specifically booked an indoor play place for my son's birthday because it is so hot in Florida in June but it ended up being hotter inside than it was outside! This is completely unacceptable, I just can't understand how it is staying open!? I wish we would have at least been told about the AC issues beforehand, but it seems like they know nobody would choose to hold a birthday party here if they knew that it was hotter in there than it is outside and they are more worried about money than their customers and employees! read more

Ignore the other bad reviews, they're either adults who didn't experience the park or just germaphobes. I do admit, its not the most hygienic trampoline park but its not unbearable, its just a few crumbs and patches here and there. Nothing someone cant handle. The park itself was a blast, it was fun and enjoyable. Its a great spot to bring your family and its not as expensive as one would think. The park has a pretty good variety of trampolines for its size and the employee's do a good job making sure everyone is secure. I would definitely recommend this place, 4.6 out of 5 read more

We've been twice and had a great time both times. A little pricey for just jumping for an hour but still fun. They have signs plastered around warning you that no outside drinks are allowed. There is a water fountain but it's hidden behind the bathrooms (there's a print out with directions). On our most recent trip the motorized wipe out obstacle jump (jump over a spinning pole as it goes clockwise) was out of order. In my opinion the best part of the place so that's a bummer. Call ahead if you're looking for that. Finally I think you want to pay at 15 after the hour. I paid 10 after and my wristband said I was done 50 minutes later. Others who paid a few minutes after me got an end time of 1 hour 10 minutes later. Also, open jump is closed Mondays unless school is out. read more

Not supporting this business- I couldn't believe it! I have 4 kids and brought in their water bottles in their containers and a lady (I hope she's not the manager- because she was incredibly rude) looked at me and told me I couldn't bring water in. I explained to her that my kids need water if they are going to jump around. She said, you can have a cup and get water from the fountain. I explained, I don't allow my kids to drink from fountains and plastic water bottles. She said, "I have to treat everyone the same and we've had an issue with alcohol." It's clean, spacious and they have music playing in the background to drowned out the kids yelling.They have slushees, hot dogs and all types of old school skating rink food for the average price. It's not over priced. You have to purchase trampoline socks for $3-5 a pair per person which wasn't expected, but they really work. The staff was awesome! They have a 10 percent military discount and they round up the time to the nearest half hour. The place currently has over 200 people, so it's packed. Everyone is smiling and having a good time. They have benches surrounding every area for parents to sit and supervise. You can buy one hour first, then every hour afterwards is a t a reduced rate. I hosted a Saturday afternoon (2-4) birthday party here. All in all it was really good. Our kids ranged in age from 1-13, and they all enjoyed it. The ample staff were very young but they seemed to have it running smoothly. The place is clean and there's a concession area for treats. Our private party room came with our own hostess. I wasn't aware of this upfront, but they set up tablecloths, balloons and even provide plates and napkins. Your guests check in with your hostess and receive an arm band and the required socks for jumping. All of your guests, including non jumpers are provided unlimited water (Dasani) huge plus! Oh and the Birthday kid gets a Surge T-shirt... *Heads Up* If you want to decorate, you're given a 15 minute window. Luckily I was 30 minutes early and they let me in. Still, I was hustling to get it all together. This isn't budget friendly. 15 jumpers for 2 hours-with tax and tip=$336.94 The value is there, it's just not easy on the wallet. This year I incorrectly booked (totally my fault) my daughters 10th birthday party and didn't schedule a party room - just jump time. I had 20 kids coming to a party with no party room. Paul, the manager, went above and beyond to help us out and was able to accommodate us last minute so my daughters party was a success instead of an epic failure. Paul's customer service was above and beyond! As a business owner myself, I know what a huge asset someone like that is and I appreciate how hard he worked to make this happen for us. Not impressed. This place is gross even for non-pandemic standards. No masks for anybody, not even workers. (Understandable because of the actively level, but workers standing around should be wearing them) Hand sanitizer was empty at the front door even though it said you needed to use it prior to entering. Soap dispensers were empty and broken in the bathrooms and the bathrooms were not cleaned. Urine was left on multiple toilets. You can VISIBLY see the dirt build up on the rock climbing wall and the mats throughout the building. It's like they've never once gone and taken a bleach rag to this place despite the hands and feet all over it. We were the second family in the building for the day and nothing had been done. No cleaning, refilling, stocking, nothing. We were the first ones at the basketball hoops and all the balls were in the "dirty" basket from the day before. Just seems like poor management. My kid had fun though and that's all that matters. read more

This place is pretty cool, especially for someone over 30 lol... my wife and I came here with a friend and her 2yr old... He had a blast, didn't want to leave. I low key didn't either lol, but we were hungry. Overall, this was a fun experience. I've been to two trampoline parks before, one in Savannah Ga, and the other in Stone Mountain, Ga. All three were a blast! I would definitely recommend this place to someone with younger kids that need to get out and burn off energy. Our experience with this place was horrible!! It was the first time i took my grandboys aged .6 and 10 to this place and to say the least it was NOT family friendly. There was an employee there named Evan who was supposed to be watching the area with a spinning pole. This was a favorite spot for our 6 year old as he was running from one jump spot to another to dodge the moving pole. This attendant stood there at least 30 mins with ear pods in not watching what was going on. He never spoke to my grandson about what he was doing in this area-so we figured he was fine. Additional people came into this area and the attendant finally looked.up. he went into the area and made my 6 year old grandson leave the area. I went to him and ask him why my grandson was put out. He stated there are too many people in there and he wasn't in only one jump space. I ask if it was posted how many people could be in there and he turned ugly. He loudly told me "get the F**k away from me, hell yes it is posted" i said where? He again verbally attacked me, using the "f" word no less than 5 more times. This was in front of a crowd of children. I attempted to go tell the manager about this incident only to be told there was no manager on site. My husband was not happy about this teenagers behavior and let this child know it. We then went to the snack bar again and ask who was in charge. The little girl there stated she guessed she was. She may have been 16. I asked for the managers number and info and even after she called him it took at least 10 minutes to get to him. When i got on the phone with the manager he said he was an hour away. He stated this behavior was unacceptable and the employee will be terminated. I have grave concerns about ANY child being in the presence of this employee. He DOESN'T need to work with kids. We will see what happens with the manager. read more

Reasonably priced entertainment with a special pricing for toddlers and their caretakers on low use times!! $10 for toddler and adult for an hour! All the normal fun things to do, foam pit for jumping into, long trampoline to run and bounce on for fifty feet, trampolines up the wall so you can run at the wall and ricochet off, dodgeball, hoops for dunching like a pro off the trampoline, obstacle course, climbing wall, custom skid free socks to wear, and then there's this ......... it's a huge round padded 15 foot long cigar shaped appendage attached at one end to the floor and it spins around fast and you have to jump over it or duck under it or it sends you flying!! This place rocks, three children $72 dollars for two hours and most children only need an hour at half that price. This place rocks! They even have a HIGH DIVE into a huge foam pit!! Rows of massage chairs for spectators. Lots of staff doing a great job of supervision insuring safety for all! They should have adults only late nights for date night!! read more

My wife has been contacting Surge for the past 2 weeks to plan my sons birthday party. My wife spoke to multiple employees about booking a room for his birthday party all representatives gave her inflation on what come with booking yet failed to tell us that you may have to share a room with another party, meaning there will be 2 parties going on in one room. Again, they did not tell us they till the week on and we already paid our 100 dollar deposit. Upon requesting a room to ourselves they told us we couldn't due them being all booked up. Our deposit was also non refundable. My wife ask the manager why non of the employees informed her of the possibility of the room being shared. She replied that it was in the contract. Who wants to share a room with strangers for you child's birthday party (weird!!)?How can you even have two parties in one room? Sound like they're trying to make as much profit as they can at the customers inconvenience. We weren't even given a option. I do not recommend Surge FWB for birthday parties and events. While the place is fun its the worst place for a birthday party. Had my sons birthday party here and the placed stressed me out. We are told to artive 15 minutes early, which we did. We got there and the tables were dirty and they weren't even set up. We ended up having to share the room with another party, which wasnt a big deak. However we could see the difference in how our party did his job compared to his coworker. Every time one of the kids showed up i was having to look for this guy so the kid could get their wirst ban. He didn't even bother to get our water, plates, napkins, or utensils. We had to ask the other party planner from the other party or find a staff member. Then i told parents if they want to up that they have to pay because im taking care of the kids. This guy tells me that they will have to pay the $20 for 1 hour. I told him no they are with my party so they should only be charged the 14.95 for the 2hours since that is what im getting charged anyway for my party. He had to get the manager because he didn't seem to understand what i was trying to explain and the other parent tried to explain it to him also. I wasted so much time constantly trying to find staff for help. They provide water for the party and our party planner didn't even bring us our water but we could see the other party was provided with water, utensils, napkins, and their party planner actually stayed in the room so if their party needed help he was right there. I will not come here ever again for a birthday they stressed me out for something that they are suppose to help not make it so stressful. read more

I had a terrible experience. My friends & I felt very discriminated. They hosted competitions for prizes (free t-shirts, drinks, snacks, time, etc.). They also had raffles for free time. The manager encouraged us to sign-up for multiple if the competitions. I ended up winning the first raffle. She was fine and she gave me my free hour. Then, we got to the "jousting" competition. When it was my turn to go, the women who gave me my prize for the first raffle said, "you already won something, keep that in mind." In my jousting round, I won. Although I won, they disqualified me and gave the win to my opponent. I told the employee watching the matches twice that I had won. He just continued to ignore me and let the other kid win. I personally think that winning the raffle and winning the competition is completely different as a raffle is 100% RANDOM whilst a competition requires skill. My friends also won a 2 more times. Then, she called the next raffle (there are 3 in total) and I won again. She said "your family is winning everything, she your not allowed to participate in any more competitions because your stealing from other families." My odds were the same as other kids, so they decided to discriminate against us because we are winning? She also decided to skip my friends turn and hand the win to another boy. My parents then decided to take some action because we felt it was unfair. My parents spoke with them for 3-5 minutes and argued that they paid the same amount as everyone else and that our odds are the same as other kids and by them not allowing us to participate it was discrimination. actually they were changing the odds by not allowing us to participate. The women (manager) came back and starting gossiping and acting like a child, very unprofessional. After a while, we decided to leave because the way management was treating us was unfair. We came there to have fun, the experience was ruined. next time don't do competitions and just give gift to the family of your preference which by the way it's also discrimination. read more

So much fun so much fun so much fun all my 12 year old said for awhile after we left this place. I even had fun and I did not parent jump lol I was not dressed for jumping but just the energy in the area and seeing all the kids have fun was great. No horseplay was going on it was a pretty crowded Saturday afternoon. Staff was very helpful. Nothing but good things to say. It is a little pricey but it is worth it. I could go somewhere else and kids just have ok fun for cheaper but it is like you say you get what you pay for mostly so.... and there are massage chairs for the onlookers yes you have to pay but same thing worth it while you are waiting because it can be some "you time" In my case "me time". We will be going back. It is kinda of a paid to fill out the waiver I suggest you do it online ahead of time because when you get there sometimes there is a line to do this they only have a few computers to do same and and your kids just want to run in and start jumping not wait for you to fill out the forms. Also you must get a colored wristband to show you belong there and until what time. Also need their socks with the grips at the bottom if they are not too dirty or worn save them you can bring them the next time you go and that waiver is good for 12 months so once its done thats good for the next time too. I am writing all this because no one told us I had to figure it all out as we went. That is a downfall of this place the employees are not right in front to guide you in.
