I recently asked for a pause on my membership and they would only refund 50% of the month even though the month sessions hadn't started yet. Their website has two conflicting statements about refunds and they chose to honor the one in their favor instead of their client. So instead of just saying "hey no problem sorry our website had the wrong info here's your refund" they instead refused and would only refund 50%. They felt that $70 was more important then keeping a monthly customer paying $140. I went ahead and cancelled and will not be returning, the fees are really high and the customer service is terrible. There's plenty of places to ball in Pasadena besides young kings. Editing my review to answer Yaroslav - While I appreciate your answer you neglected to acknowledge the fact that you have two contradictory policies in place on your website - One that says you get a full refund within seven days and one that doesn't. So again, instead of giving a long standing client the benefit of the doubt you chose to err in your own favor just to keep my $70 over acknowledging the error on your website. It says a lot about how you treat your business. And as far as all of your nice words concerning the Tuesday night sessions the truth is there very little structure and minimal moderation to these sessions.
