This is the gym for me! The coaches are really cool and personable and so are the people that come to class! The workouts are as easy or as hard as you want to make it. If the coaches don't feel you are challenging you enough, they take the time to try to push you a little bit more. I always feel a little intimidated whenever I try out a new studio, but I don't get that here. You don't have to worry about being judged. People need to come try this place out. I have done several challenges with Fight to Fitness and have seen some good results. The workouts here are pretty intense, as expected, since they focus much on high intensity interval training (HIIT). They offer meal plans ranging from keto to monitoring your macros. All the coaches here are receptive to your concerns, weakness, and strengths. They ensure that you workout safely and can modify certain activities to accommodate your capabilities. For example, my knees aren't the greatest, and in some instances they individualize the workout to make sure I can participate while eliminating the risk of injury. This gym is a non-competitive gym. Everyone here works at their own pace, encourages you when you need a boost of confidence, and supports you through your journey to a healthier lifestyle. While I don't know everyone here on a first name basis, I can assure you that these people become family. Don't be discouraged if you see yourself slower than other. I was getting to a point where I was feeling VERY bored with my workouts. I was already stacking multiple sessions each day, but I felt I had plateaued in terms of results. Then my cousin posted about FTF's 21 day challenge and I decided this was the change I needed! During the orientation, they went over the meal plan, class times, and took measurements. BUT they didn't really reveal what the workouts would be like so that freaked me out! Come Monday, I showed up early with absolutely no idea what I was in for but figured it can't be that bad... it's the first day right?? WRONG! Absolutely wrong. They jumped right into it! Metcon - 4 rounds of 8 exercises at 30 seconds each - NON-STOP, NO REST! I was a huffing, sweaty mess at the end. I was like is anyone else struggling as much as I am! I was SO sore, I've never felt like that after a workout ever - especially one that only lasted ~30 minutes. But this is what I wanted right? A change. So, I committed to coming everyday. And so it went with each day brought a different workout, a new challenge and many sore muscles. Throughout the experience, it quickly became apparent that the trainers really cared about your progress. I went to the 7AM session. Nick, Sean and Jasmine were always super awesome at encouraging us and keeping the energy up throughout the workout. I love that they walk around and check form. That is definitely one thing I look for in an instructor. It shows they care and want you to get the most out of the exercise. I admit I am notorious for reverting to modified movements when I'm getting tired, but Nick was definitely quick with it to make sure I was going hard till the end. Jeff and Carl weren't really around during those sessions but when they were they did check in with me especially regarding my knee problems. So everyone is really hands on with all of the clients. You really feel part of a fit family and everyone gives props to each other at the end. Today was my last day of the 21 day challenge and I feel amazing! Honestly, I'm actually really sore but I feel amazing nonetheless. The picture shows my progress. I couldn't believe how much my body changed in just 3 weeks. About 2 years ago I found this gym on Groupon. Decided to do the 2 week trial with my cousin and a friend. After the 2 week trial was done, I (unfortunately) decided not to join for personal financial reasons.
