It's unfortunate because it's a a cool place but I can see those prices will really drive us out of towers away but maybe that's what the goal is...not so friendly. If you're for sure are going to make it every day within the 10 days, the pass will only get you 6-8 days considering they're closed Sunday and Monday. Might as well purchase the $8 day pass as that is the cheaper option....

The owner is a really nice guy and takes great care of his gym There are 4 separate rooms which makes for a very spacious environment. There is a room where they do classes, a room for stretching, and 2 separate weight rooms. It's not so big that you feel like you're walking around too much though. It was fairly quiet every time I went in. There are showers to get ready in. It's a self serve style gym too. You have badge access 24 hours. Only downside is it's a black hole for cell service. I like to play music while working out and my phone got no service.

After that theres a 30 day waiting period, so you're going to get billed anyway. Probably for that month and the next one. Beth lead Coregrind and Musclegrind and both were great each time I took them. They were challenging, with adjustments for various levels, interesting and had great music. Hand weights were included to maximize the workout. Also, each class finished with a cold, lavender scented towel to help the cooldown. That was a first for me and wow! There seems to be a steady group of attendees, which is always a great sign for a studio. Also, Beth is super responsive. I left a voicemail with a question and she called right back. The class swirls by in this fun wiz of pain, music and random jokes from Beth. You're hurting like hell but somehow the moves are so creative and intriguing that you don't notice the pain?
