Here bespoke lotions, potions and perfumes are sold. Leonor Greyl is here so no need to trek to Printemps. Nécessaire, Valmont and Salt and Stone creams and body washes are here too along with niche perfumes. Lots of makeup. Violet Grey is worth several visits as one can actually see what is available rather than buying it online as I did with the Nécessaire body wash.

Anyways, we went here after Apple Maps told us it was at some other location *make sure you look up the address in Google* My friend took his time picking out his cologne of the moment and I almost peer pressured him to get a very expensive one, but the ppl that worked there were understanding and told him to take a min, walk around with the cologne on him and walk outside. It turned out that the cologne smelt similar to his usual cologne that was half the cost. Personally appreciated the staff's honesty instead of just gaslighting my friend to get something more expensive. Sometimes, you find places that aren't after your money or snobby. We visited this location to purchase a fragrance on a vacation in NYC. We tested it in store, liked what we smelled, and made the purchase. When we got home and used the actual bottle, it smelled completely different. Not a subtle variation. A completely different fragrance. We reached out to the store to address this issue. Their response? We were told that testers are expected to smell different from the actual product you purchase, and the best they would do is offer us 10% off our next purchase, no exchange or return options. Testers exist specifically so customers know exactly what they're buying. The product we received does not match what we tested. When we brought this to their attention, instead of attempting to resolve the issue or investigate what went wrong, we were given an explanation that essentially places the responsibility on us for expecting consistency between the tester and the actual product, refused a return, and offered 10% on a future purchase. The lack of accountability here is remarkable. If this is the standard of customer service and the type of response customers receive when there's a legitimate problem, I can't recommend shopping here. We won't be returning, and I'd encourage anyone considering a purchase to be very cautious about whether what you test is actually what you'll receive

The staff are all incredibly patient and helpful, and are happy to give recommendations if you are looking to try something new. The prices are very reasonable-- I walked away with a travel-sized rollerball for $4.64! Just a note-- remember to grab a ticket when you walk in, and expect a short wait. They have catalogues available that you can peruse while you wait as well.
