I arrived today with the amount I had been quoted and expected my vehicle to at least be inspected before discussing any additional repairs. Instead, before anyone even looked at my car, an employee came to my window and immediately told me it would be $340. I explained that I was concerned because that was much higher than the quote I had received and asked if someone could inspect the vehicle first since I mentioned I might also need rotors. Rather than listening or explaining the difference, he became dismissive, said "Bye, friend," and walked away. I waited another 10 minutes before going inside to ask if someone could simply look at my vehicle. I was told, "I'm busy," while I watched other customers be helped. After waiting even longer, I asked to speak with the manager, who I later learned was the owner. Instead of hearing my concerns, he immediately defended his employee, told me I had already upset him, and refused me service without even asking what had happened. I wasn't upset about paying for necessary repairs--I simply wanted my vehicle inspected first and an explanation for why the quoted price had changed so drastically. The lack of communication, professionalism, and respect was extremely disappointing, especially after being a loyal customer for years. Unfortunately, after today's experience, I won't be returning.
