But that has to end because of my current experience with them. I take my car like clockwork every three months. But on the last couple of time, I noticed that my oil change light was coming on sooner than it should. My fiancé was having the same experience. We decided to have it checked out by a third party mechanic and they informed us that the oil cap had been put on to tight for both vehicles. When I called National Quick Lube they informed me that the car was leaking oil before that and did not tell me this was happening. I am not understanding how that could be for both vehicles when we never had an issue before this last oil change. And that seems to be a bit coincidental that both vehicles would have the same issue after coming to your shop. I was a loyal customer, but no more.

Both technicians and manage said they'd not get their oil changed there if they were customers because of the price. Weny across the main road to the Walmart for a quick item. 20 minutes later returned to oil leaking from beneath my vehicle. Immediately took it back to them, the manager told me it was just residual oil from the filter change. I asked how is running oil that drips from the vehicle, just "residual oil"? I asked her politely to check the filter and drain plug. She said that the filter was hand tight but she asks "the boys" to tighten them normally. I asked why not use a filter wrench or tool to which she replied that it's against policy. For $180+, I would expect near dealership treatment and certainly no leaks! I will never return to this location for any type of service.

Hawk said she didn't need any of that. Today they are fixing mine. I thought I needed an alignment but didn't. My 3 tires were bald and battery needed replacement. It hasn't been starting right or not at all. The cable was corroded but it was the battery. I was about to drive to San Antonio to pick up my boat. Thank goodness I came here first to make sure it was ok to drive that far. A blowout towing would not have been good.
