I chose Justin from the three companies that I contacted, and I am SO happy that I did! Justin was always quick to respond. He does the work as if he is doing it on his own home. If he finds something that wasn't apparent, he immediately lets you know about it and makes a recommendation on resolving the issue. He is honest and fair, and I always felt like I was working with a friend. We made a number of mid-project additions, and he took them in stride. The bathroom looks amazing now (new bath/shower, new toilet, new vanity and light fixtures, small configuration change to allow additional room for larger vanity, some new drywall and new tile, new door and trim). He did some additional drywall and flooring in another room which also looks amazing. I have the utmost respect for how he conducts himself in an industry that is kind of known for unprofessionalism and price gouging. I don't hesitate to recommend him and I have no doubt that you will be pleased with his ethics as well as his work product.

Everything he does is top quality. He has since then renovated our other two bathrooms, installed new kitchen flooring and replaced many windows. Justin is highly skilled, honest and hard working. Do not hesitate to hire him for your next project.

Stopped there today after my 99th disappointment at a certain Big Box store where three indifferent employees had no idea what I was in need of and no real interest in helping me with my problem. The attitude at Cabinet World could not be more opposite... Knew immediately what I was looking for, actually had a good good supply, but helped me determine that the product I was seeking was not necessary for my particular application. Saved me money. Incredible customer service. True professionals. Highly, highly recommend!

He was going to the big box home improvement store to find a replacement when I suggested he should search out a locally owned cabinet professional. I found Cabinet World on Google maps. As soon as we walked in the door I knew we were in the right place. The cabinets and decor were impressive. The owner approached us right away. We explained that we needed to replace these cheaply made parts and she went above and beyond to try to help. She searched her back room for parts she thought would work. She looked up the contact information for the cabinet maker even though it wasn't a company that she had any relationship with. It was a busy day in her store and she didn't need to take the time to help when she had paying customers waiting. She was sincerely in it to help and she did. Although we didn't make a purchase that day, Cabinet World would certainly be my choice for cabinets in any remodel. It's clear to me that the store's philosophy is service above all. But on top of that, the displays pushed the limits of imagination. I saw samples of kitchens and bathrooms that made me want to rip my house to the plaster and start over. Kudos to a wonderful owner and an impressive business.

So they changed their name and added a letter to both words, and hey presto. Four stars because it's expensive, but there's not a lot of cheap-end home interior stuff out there, especially not that looks this good. You have to be moderately wealthy to afford the "ready made rooms" on display in here. If you're into remodeling the inside of your home, you'll probably find this place orgasmic. The employees are very friendly, patient, and there was no sort of high-pressure sales tactics as far as I could tell. Or maybe people just know better because they take one look at me and realize I'm unsellable. Or maybe it's just that the products in here are so impressive and top-of-the-line that they don't need to really push to sell anything. I can't afford to shop here, but it's a hell of a great place to bring a girl who has her own house or wants her own house. Then I get rewarded with a make out session in the parking lot. Everyone's happy.

I love anything to do with a kitchen and someday hope to reach that perfect design in my mind. The staff is very helpful and is knowledgeable about all the items that the store contains. This is also the location for the Nickel City Chef competitions which I have yet to attend, but I hear they are fabulous!

They attempted to bill us on items that were originally defined as part of the procedure and within the parameters of the overall costs. The electrician left exposed and uncapped wiring in our basement and when he denied this, Kitchen Village, rather than showing customer support, sided with the electrician. You can also expect an unfinished room when they are done. They do not paint or take care of the finishing touches such as tiling.
