The waitress came by, took our orders, and brought water. For appetizers, we got the bone-in chicken special and the chasu monster roll. I was expecting the bone-in chicken to be a piece of bone in fried chicken coated with panko breadcrumbs. It was more like a chicken meatball coated in panko with a chicken bone shoved into it. It was dry, and i would not order it again. The chasu monster roll was just a maki roll with chasu inside. It was OK. I got the spicy miso chicken karaage ramen for my entree. The broth was not too heavy, or spicy. It was also loaded with karaage. The wavy noodles held the sauce well, i would order this again. I also got to try my wife's shoyu ramen. It was also good. Not a bad place to grab dinner if you're visiting the family resorts in the area.

The ramen broth was tasteful to my liking (not too salty). I also had the special beef fried rice. My only disappointment was that I didn't get the cucumbers and tomatoes that were supposed to come with the rice dish. The staff were friendly and attentive as well. If you want an authentic restaurant, this is the place.

This time around was no different. I started with the noodle wrapped shrimp and Karaage chicken. The shrimp are deep fried and topped with spicy mayo and Okinawa sauce. The chicken is also fried and topped with sweet and spicy gochujang sauce. The Karaage chicken is my favorite item on the menu. I tried the spicy miso ramen last time. This time I went with the tonkotsu ramen. It's made with pork broth, ajitsuke tamago, chashu, bamboo shoots, scallions, nori, narutomaki, and black garlic oil. My friend ordered the teriyaki chicken bowl. She liked it so much the first time she had to order it again. Service left much to be desired. Our server didn't introduce himself, ask how any of the food was, or crack a single smile. I would have rather ordered from a counter and just sat myself. Pickup and delivery are both available. Miki brought me extra soy garlic sauce and some Thai sweet chili sauce. The menu said 3 strips of breast meat, and I was expecting strips, but these were actual chicken tenders, and a good size with lots of meat. They have sushi, bubble tea, ramen, and a lot of other stuff on the menu. They're very popular with lots of people dining in and a lot of take out. I'll return for their matcha cheesecake and tea, and maybe ramen when it isn't this hot outside.

The place was cozy and pretty decked out in Halloween decorations. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We tried the wings, the spicy edamame, and a bowl of ramen each. Everything was delicious and absolutely hit the spot after a long night in the rain. We enjoyed everything so much that I actually came back the next afternoon for lunch, adding my wife and daughter to the group for the 2nd day of my son's soccer tournament. In addition to all the ramen we also tried the regular edamame, the steamed pork dumplings, and the duck bao. Everything was a hit. My daughter devoured the dumplings and the edamame. Ramen was so flavorful and packed with ingredients. A solid amount of options for the ramen too. Two great experiences in 24 hours. As Dorney season pass holders who live 35 mins away, I could see us heading here after a day at the park now. Totally worth checking out.

I also asked for medium spicy and it was spot-on. The meal was absolutely delicious. We both took food home and it was amazing the next day.
