Ordered: - Miso Ramen - Broth/Soup was fine. I wasn't a fan of their chashu, it was a bit on the tougher side and it had minimal fat (if even any fat). They probably use a different cut instead of pork belly (see picture). Ajitsuke tamago (egg) was slightly overcooked? since the egg yolk was slightly more firm and the color started to become that pale yellow color in hard boiled eggs. - Vegetable Ramen - My friend got this one. Broth was slightly on the sweeter side but I felt like you were able to taste the vegetable taste. My friend also request her vegetable ramen to be spicy. They used a spicy "oil" like liquid to make it spicy, it wasn't spicy in my opinion (if you had handed me the bowl and didn't tell me it was spicy, I wouldn't be able to tell). I thought it was interesting that for the two ramen bowls we got, two different types of noodles were used. The vegetable ramen had an opaque brighter cream colored noodle while the miso ramen a more muted yellow color noodle. Service was quick. Vibes are kinda cute inside. It works, if you're in Easton and craving ramen, since there's not many ramen options in that area. read more

Great ramen spot right by Crayola! Very kid-friendly. Solid food - everyone loved what they had. The restaurant accommodated our group of 13 - with 5 toddlers. It was super busy by lunch time. The service could have been a bit better but we had a great experience all around. There were umbrellas around the restaurant - well decorated! Would love to come back. read more

We live about 1.5 hours away. Came to Easton with our 3 year old for the crayola experience with our friends and went our separate ways to end the day - decided to try this place out. First off - my kid who is weird about eating meat had us shocked when he ate almost his entire kids bowl with the teriyaki chicken and rice!!! For those parents like me who typically shy away from giving kids sweet sauced / sugar etc...it was a drizzle on top. Just enough for great flavor, but also little enough to make me a very happy mama! Further more we ordered pork gyoza which my kid mostly devoured and it was so good we ordered more. We each stole two pieces and he finished the rest (turns out running around the crayola factory makes kids extra hungry!) and then he asked for more. Seriously who is this kid? Nope. The food is THAT good! We tried to order the fries...even though we already got way too much...but they were sold out. Someone actually came in from the street to ask if they had the fries. Legit disappointed since obviously we missed out on something great!! Hubs and I ordered ramen for our meals, I got the black garlic tonkotsu and my husband ordered the tartan ramen (the spicy one!). Mine was divine...even my kid enjoyed the soup and noodles once he was done with his food. Hubs can handle spice but was worried it'd be too spicy but it wasn't and he loved it!! We also ordered the bubble tea - raspberry flavored. Yum! I stole a lot of sips from him And for me/him we ordered a pot of the white oolong tea. They even added more hot water free of charge which was very nice! The tea was fantastic. Almost perfumey and very smooth. My kid enjoyed some of this too, surprisingly enough! The restaurant is decorated beautifully with lots of beautiful Japanese umbrellas - very tasteful. The bathrooms were VERY clean which was nice. To close off the review of our already wonderful experience here was our waitress, Katye (I hope I spelled it coreectly!). I believe she might also be the manager. She was solo on the floor and was composed, and super friendly, warm and legit so so so nice! Turns out our car died (thanks 3 year old who pushed buttons during a change in the car earlier today!!) and tk make matters worse our phones were almost dead. She let us charge our phones and offered to assist after the restaurant closed and offered for us to stay until close if we needed it. Aside from giving us phenomenal service, she is just a gem of a person. So this is a semi personal THANK YOU from the bottom of our hearts and I hope she sees this review! Long short is that I can't rave about this place enough. If you're debating trying it out, don't debate - just go eat there because you won't be disappointed! Idk when we will be back considering how far away we live, but we already plan to return next time we visit the area! read more

Very tasty Ramen spot located in the heart of Easton. I loved their special menu because they give you ALOT of food for a decent price. We ordered several different types of ramen and all of the broths and sizes were really tasty. The service was very professional and the waiters were really nice and offered up great suggestions. I used to regularly come here for takeout ramen. Last week I ordered in advance on the restaurant's web site, received texts that my order was accepted and ready and a pending charge on my credit card. When I arrived to pick up my order they had no record of it. After a long phone conversation with the owner about the issue while I was waiting to re-order in person, the server went into the back kitchen to, I assumed, give them my order. After waiting another five minutes or so (about 15-20 minutes total) she came back and told me she couldn't find the chef. I became annoyed at the waste of my time and asked that the charge on my credit card be reversed. She told me the pending charge would not go through. The charge did in fact go through, so I had to go back yet again to get a refund from the same server. I asked that the $29 charge be either credited to my card or paid to me in cash. She gave me $28 and said that was all she had. I told her I wanted a full refund and she told me she had just given me $29. I counted the bills in front of her to show it was short, she gave me another dollar, turned her back to me and loudly stated that I had "attitude" and was "rude". I called her out on her unprofessional behavior and will never patronize this restaurant again. The Ramen is better at Easton Market anyway. read more

Delicious! I had takeout. There is street parking only. The spicy miso ramen was very good in spite of traveling 25 minutes. The takeout containers provided allow for heating the broth and then adding the toppings. The egg is included though not listed on the menu. I paid to add an egg to my order and ended up with 2. The Roman is SO good the staff were super nice I would recommend this place but you need to get the mochi.

Very nice ambience and decor. Ramen soups and rice dish were good for the most part. Except the soup only has 2 thin small pieces of pork belly. This is the second time I dine here and noticed the basic service. We were served water at the beginning when we sat and not once did anyone come by to refill the 4 empty glasses. This happened both times we came dining. Also, the fried calamari has inconsistent texture. The first time we came, it was soft and tender while crispy exterior from the lightly fried batter. The second time, the calamari was very hard and dried/rubbery as opposed to to tender and bouncy texture. I told the server about it but did not make any attempts to replace it. There were plenty of servers and the dinning room was not busy to say it was too busy to not be able to refill your water glasses. read more
